Yes, God is sovereign, and ultimately is in charge of everything, but just because a "Christian" seems to be blessed because of their viewpoints, doesn't necessarily mean they are being blessed by God directly. Many "Christians" are quite wealthy in the world's eyes, but are not even biblically saved(Trump comes to mind). Many "Christians" stand against the LGBTQ juggernaut, but that doesn't mean they are genuine Christians. We must be careful to differentiate between a real genuine Christian (who will usually be poor) and a false convert Christian who is usually seeking riches. That is a big generalization, I know, but it tends to fit a lot of the time. I know for a fact that Abraham was a very rich man and others I go to church with are very dedicated to Christ. Me, we had 4 children and only my husband worked outside the home because he wanted me to stay home and have his supper ready when he got home and be there when kids got home from school. I had plans to be a teacher but really glad I didn't even if we lived paycheck from paycheck. The owner only said during an interview that he believed God's plan for marriage was male and femal |
