Hi John Uk, pulled the video up and watched the amazing video. Never would have believed it unless I saw it. Love watching animals except on hunting shows. He only had one antler up the other one hung down.

John Uk, glad you got my point would hate to lose another friend on here because of some misunderstanding. I learn from others and even in fun I learn to not take my self so seriously. God has got a sense of humor because see it on here a lot. When you write something it’s hard to really understand what they are saying to you because you don’t hear the voice or facial expressions which are a big part of communication. Thanks for clearing it up. Appreciate your apology and will be checking out Scotland’s friendliest stag. 😊

One more example of what I learned in Sunday School as we are studying James. There was a homeless man that lived in a tent in some woods near our Church. Every time we had pot luck or any get together that involved food He was there to eat. He was so shabby and looked like what he was. No one shunned him and was actually friendly toward him, he even did yard work for extra money for some of the members. I don’t go to the socials or Wednesday night which is family night with meals (typical Baptist) anymore so I haven’t seen him in awhile but think about him every now and then. While studying James, I thought about him and this man that helped me out may not belong to our Church but if he did, I didn’t know him. God taught me these lessons of what God wants me to do and I passed them on to others, including my son who knows me well,”and he was actually an angel helping you “ never thought of that, I said but you know he could have been especially when we had just had a lesson on it.Have a blessed Sabbath, John Uk and be careful of the ugly purple faces you make because you’re face just might freeze (just one of the many things my mama taught me🤭)

Don’t understand what I said that provoked you to think I have turned preacher? Paul preached as he was led of God to preach. Doesn’t God through His Holy Spirit convict each of us of our sins as we hear the word preached? All he has to do is preach Christ crucified and leave the rest to God to allow the Word to touch hearts and change lives. Doesn’t the Bible tell us that God’s Word will not return unto Him void but will accomplish whatever He wants it to?? This man was at Church listening to a preacher preach the Word of God and was told to leave and not even hear what God may have wanted the man to hear to take with him to ponder on. Were you a perfect person before God saved you? How were you saved? God can use whatever means He chooses to convict and win souls. He chose my last year of Vacation Bible School at age 12 and I was convicted because I saw Him and His love for me through the lives of those that taught me and the pastor who preached to me and made me feel convicted. No one forced me to attend church ever. I was drawn to this little Church a few blocks from where I lived because of the love and light I was given there.

Christopher, 👍🏻you are so right about prayers and being discouraged if not answered quickly. I have learned through the years to just wait on God’s timing. My dad was 85 and in the nursing home when he finally got saved.
Chris G P, I give you a big thanks for the encouraging words which I needed right now.
Conner7, that’s so funny 😂 and I am still laughing. You guys are the funniest and most uplifting people I know. Plain ole Tim, TMC buckeye, Christopher, just a Guy from Mississippi thanks for the laughs!! Who says Christians don’t have fun with just a big heart and bigger sense of humor. I showed my husband what sc (she is not new on here in case someone didn’t know) and he said,”You should have told her how much she’s missing not eating deer.” I said, just listen and I preceded to read your comments. He got a lot of fun out of it as well. He brings pictures out of the cameras they have set up every food station. We laugh at the raccoons, who are really thieves, eating the corn and hogs tearing up hay fields also eat there even get in the trough that is put there. Just old and young love that corn and we have one of those in our freezer as well. The coons are safe but the hogs are in trouble with everybody around there. Nobody likes them pesky razorbacks even if they are i

Hi sc, glad to see you commenting again. Interesting reading the different views on things. My husband was raised hunting. They had hounds to run and trail. They were poor farmers and everything they killed was used to feed 4 kids. We are retired and his meds are around 600.00 a month and we eat every bite and give to others that love deer but don’t hunt. He has it processed and we never had to buy ground beef and we had deer steak that he can fix that you would never believe it was deer. He killed a feral hog with a crossbow and had it processed. It was corn fed at the feeders that was for the deer. They are all well fed and he may get one or two out of 30 that eat there. They have cameras to show everything that eats at each feeder. He goes hunting to relax and watch nature and fellowship with his friends at his camp. His 2 sons are hunters as well but still work and can’t as often. He is arthritic, has heart problems, lungs not good, gives out of energy easily so he only stays a few days a week. So to answer your question it’s about all of it but every bite

I am using my iPhone when I comment and it’s hard to work with and the computer is worse so I don’t comment often unless it’s something I feel pretty strong about. Just because I disagree with anyone doesn’t mean I hate you. Too much of that is what’s happening in our society today.

People have come into the church and caused by being belligerent and threatening. We have children every day attending something such as a kindergarten class, after school programs etc
After the lesson on James, I was able to see exactly what he meant. I had to leave early that Sunday and had parked my car beside a big black truck and over enough that the driver could get in. I checked to make sure I was still within the line. When I came out I saw another big black truck on the other side of me so close I could not even get to my car door to get in. So as I headed back in not knowing how long I would have to wait. I noticed an elderly man watching me as he walked toward the Church.I told him what happened and was going to try to get help. He said,”I can help you and can you get in on the passenger side.” Not in these high heels, no.” He smiles and takes my keys and hands me his worn Bible to hold and yes, I noticed his faded jeans and well worn shirt not your Sunday go to meeting clothes for sure. I thanked him for being my ‘Good Samaritan ‘ and again he smiled and I thought what a difference. The expensive truck driven by someone who had no feelings and knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t care. I thought later I could have keyed his truck and left a big scratch. Neverth

Sorry, this is so long but my thoughts are to preach the word as God gives to preach and let the chips fall where they will and the Holy Spirit do the convicting. My husband is not saved but has gone to church off and on. He dresses in either a suit or at least a shirt and tie. I am thankful that he goes when he feels well. Maybe he will be convicted one day. Only God knows. Jesus gave a parable about the wheat and Tares. A farmer planted a field of wheat. The enemy came by night and planted Tares. The farmer wanted to pull up the Tares but Jesus said leave them alone least you pull up the wheat as well. Leave them alone and on Judgement day there will be a separation then. If a brother is openly living in sin then he is to be disciplined by the church.

Thanks Chris, I was going home early and not staying for Church when this all happened to me. I never once thought of him as pitiful or worse. He was so kind, that I loved him without knowing who he was and felt his love as well. Just saying because someone looks good on the outside doesn’t mean he is good on the inside and visa versus. I have had to struggle with accepting that l have a gay daughter. She attends a gay church or one that agrees that it accepts gayness. She knows I love her but not her lifestyle. Her first partner had a very sick mother that Drs. said she was not going to live. I started a prayer chain at my church and she knew it. Her mother survived against all odds, she was so thankful and gave up her gay life became a Christian and her mother lived many more years. My daughter just moved on but I haven’t given up on her. My husband is hunting now and has killed a big buck so he has come back from the dead for hunting season. 🦌😁

Recently, we had a lesson in James about how we as Christians are to not to show partiality. James2:1 My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality
Vs2 For If there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings,in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes.
vs3 And ye have respect to him that is wearing the fine clothes and say to him,”You sit here in a good place.”and say to the poor man,”you stand there,” or,”Sit here at my footstool.”
vs4 have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?
Read the whole chapter and of course it makes it even clearer what James is saying here.My Church has all types that attend. Doctors, dentists, lawyers, retired (not much money but get by) young people that dress so different than my generation did, at church with the dresses, hats, gloves and shoes to match. Believe me it has taken getting past how some dress now and look at their love for Christ. If you have a family member that has become transgender to your dismay, what are you going to do?? Tell him or her to not come home until he changes and becomes what you want them to be?
The church has had to lock its doors during the day because of instances where some peo

Cont: has brought God’s Judgement on us as a nation. We have allowed prayer to be taken out of our schools and now the government. Churches are becoming more and more “progressive “ Preachers have to be careful of what they preach or have their 501 standing taken from them. I know of gay churches that teach it’s ok to be gay. Part of the group that will hear Jesus say, “depart from me, I never knew you.” Christian, make sure your lamp is full of oil, trimmed, and burning because the Good man of the house is coming back. Another song I love to sing.

And we have a caravan of people headed our way that throw rocks at police and say this land they are about to invade is not just for Americans but anyone’s. Hillary, George Sotos with His millions have been a big part of this but the one giving them their orders is Satan himself and things are only going to get worse. We as a nation have drifted so far from God (and the Democratic Party has been a big part of this falling away)

Kavanaugh, was emotional because he was so angry at the lies being told on him and the hurt done to his family. I would have been very worried had he not reacted the way he did. I disbelieved the professor from the beginning. There were so many red flags going up as she talked, that only a Democrat would be slow enough mentally to believe her.Come to think of it, even they didn’t believe her story, just used it with all the other smoke and mirror tactics they had to confuse and deceive.

In Acts after their encounter with the infilling of the Holy Spirit while praying in the Upper Room, the 120 went out among the people that were gathered there to celebrate the Day of Pentecost. Peter preached boldly to the people about Jesus whom they had crucified (what a change in Peter), speaking in the tongue of the language of each one gathered there.
Acts2:11 “Cretans and Arabs -we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.”v12 So they were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another “Whatever could this mean?”v13. Others mocking,”They are full of new wine.”
v14 Peter standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them...v15,”For these are not drunk,as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day.”
I personally don’t care to drink but have on certain occasions but rarely. My first marriage failed because of my hatred of this environment that came with drinking and the parties and his adulterous affairs.

In Israel they had a simple solution for the rebellious family member, they were taken out and stoned to death by the people. Pass the smelling salts to those who may have fainted after reading my comment. I have 4 kids that got switching and grounded and the belt if really bad. One is a teacher, one a Driver through different states that I pray for to keep from worrying, and one son is a CRNA (puts people to sleep) one son is surviving on his own and still in the far country as far as his drugs can take him. But I haven’t given up on him. God is merciful and still on His throne.

Trials dark on every hand and we cannot understand all the ways that God can lead us to that blessed Promise Land. But He will guide us with His eye and we will follow till we die and we’ll understand it better by and by.
By and by, when the morning comes, when the saints of God are gathered home, we will tell the story of how we overcome and we’ll understand it better by and by.
Prayers for the family to find strength and comfort in the arms of God.
