The evil of this world is so rampant that it’s beyond me how anyone could be so blinded as to not see or acknowledge it. ISIS being one of the most evil of all. Like Rip Van Winkle, they must have been asleep during the Hilter regime, Charles Manson reign of terror, Ted Bundy Jack the Ripper, etc
Jesus being tempted by Satan in the wilderness as the devil tried to get Jesus to jump off a cliff because the angels would protect him. Jesus answering said unto him “It is said,Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God” I see these people as tempting God with their actions. As saying God I’ll prove you wrong. Scary and sad as they went on their foolish quest.

Well, all’s forgiven and that makes me feel better that I obeyed God when I realized that I had sinned by my actions and needed to ask forgiveness. To those on here and SA as well. I consider myself a Christian rather than a certain denomination and I started going to a little Baptist Church a few blocks from where I lived as a young girl. I actually walked to church and grew to love the Lord. I have left a few churches and keep feeling that the Baptist ,with all it’s faults , is still where I want to worship. So I do like to hear the thoughts of others and may disagree but that’s ok also. Love and blessings.

God is still on the Throne and in mysterious ways His wonders to perform. This came to me as I read this article. Satan uses his own to try to stop God’s Word because we are in a spiritual warfare. Paul talks about this in Ephesians 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might vs11 Put on the whole armor of God...for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wichedness in high places. Glad sermon Audio keeps us up on what is happening that you would never hear other wise.

I would like to add that my husband is not a Christian but is a believer in God(??) In other words I have been the spiritual leader in our home. Praying with our children, taking them to church, etc. He is head of our home in spite of that because I believe strongly in husband being head of the home as long as it doesn’t interfere with my spiritual life. He is a moral man and encouragement in things even spiritual. So I am thankful for that. My dad was a horrible husband to my mom and mean father. I loved him and keep praying. He got saved a few months before he died in a nursing home at age 85. So l continue to pray and never give up on anyone. God has blessed me with two sons that love God and we have many discussions on spiritual things.

I have a confession to make about the last post I put on here. I was not only wrong about the forum not being edifying to me because it has been and I have learned from others even when I disagree at times but I have sinned as well and ask forgiveness for allowing my temper to say things I shouldn’t have. I have asked God’s forgiveness and have felt He wants me to ask forgiveness here as well. So I do and thanks for any prayers for my husband who had a good report on the Renal Sonagram. Even talking about going hunting in a few months (always a good sign that he is feeling better).

Strange but I haven’t seen one post that said anything in the of a godly sorry for them. ?? Just a lot of anger and stone throwers. I have a lot on my plate at this time in my life and so I am done being on this , whatever it is,. No edification and actually a downer for me. I have a friend in one thread and an enemy in another. I didn’t want to give that comment but felt you needed encouragement, Jacobsen. Won’t be on ever again .

A big amen on your comments!! We are big supporters of Trump as well. He is not a politician so he doesn’t have agendas to fulfill or money and power that others before him have sought. I lived in a big farming country and they raised rice and soybeans and I knew them well. Went to church with them and they were our best supporters. We have a great president that needs our support and prayers . My grandfather was a farmer as well. They lived at the end of the road miles from anything. Went to church in a wagon pulled by his mule that worked his farm with the help of his sons. No electricity or running water. Had 10 children 8 boys and 2 girls ( my mother being one) all born at home with a midwife. This was in Havana, Alabama. Farmers have had it hard and unappreciated at that.

Jacobsen, agree with your comments on here. There are wheat and Tares in every denomination and God has not called me to be His judge . Romans pretty well tells me this when Paul said who are you to Judge another man’s servant. Every denomination can give you scripture for why they believe what they believe. I believe a little different than the Baptist even. My pastor came out of the RCC and not once have I heard him condemn or show hatred because he has family still there. And as a praise he has a brother that recently got saved and baptized. He also supports Franklin Graham in his ministry. So many think they need to help God out so they condemn, judge and won’t God to call the shots .
God’s job is to Judge..the Holy Spirit ‘s job to convict..my job is to love.
Billy Graham and I agree.and to pray. God bless and continue praying, it will do more good.

Christopher, yes I would very much appreciate your prayers for him. It is now 4:00am and could not sleep . Reread my comment to make sure it was not being unkind in any way. I see things wrong with any preacher . We all have feet of clay including myself. Thanks for being understanding and for being a friend from the beginning and your encouragement. Love and blessings to you.

Yolanda, thanks for your comments. How refreshing to read a non judgmental comment about Franklin Graham. If it were me I would shake the dust off my feet and leave them to their sins. My husband is a very sick man and I have to go to doctors with him almost every week. Now because of diabetes his kidneys aren’t functioning right and next week a sonogram will be performed (renal). I have a lot on my mind right now and no energy left to deal with trivia .Good luck on here and hopefully God can use you to bring His truths.

Actually it doesn’t matter what version is used my family members tell me I am “Old school “ One favorite thing of the homosexual argument is that men wrote the Bible and so has ‘errors ‘ and morals have changed. Well have I got news for them . The Bible was written by men of God while being moved by Holy Spirit and is inerrant and His morales never changes to however the world sees it.

I tried to find your video jj3 but found others that were great ones not one like you said?? One was a woman pastor working to boycott it because of hate speeches and being intolerant. Wow, he can’t win for losing . Our pastor preached on Sodom and Gomarah I was glad to hear it preached as well as others because my daughter sees it as fine and living together without marriage is what her son did for 2 years yet they are both Christian . There were others that said they would no longer be coming to our church . Why waste time in Judging other denominations when the Word spoken can reach hearts and change lives as Paul said in one of his letters. Amazing how close we are to the End Time and souls headed for Hell while we condemn and judge those that are trying to warn of coming Judgement . So many shepherds caught in doing vile and sinful. I don’t judge and condemn those that believe in the elect and babies going to Hell because you know what, we are all going to stand before the throne of God and give account for our own lives and no one else’s.

Penned, agree with your comments about prayers before tackling the Dems!! I remember reading a book by Catherine Marshall whose husband ,Peter Marshal,
was the one that said the prayers before meetings in the White House. And I agree that the clips of peter strzok were unbelievably demon like in his smirking expressions and actions. I thank God that Obama is no longer president. And prayer for our leaders as they have to make important decisions for the safe keeping of our country. So thankful for President Trump as our President. He is not in this for money or power like Hillary but because he loves America and that’s why I stand by him and the Republican Party.

Here’s my thoughts on this subject, to those that disagree it will be my 2 cents, I cannot agree that any baby that has not had the mind to know right from wrong is in Hell. We do not know where the children are that died in the flood because no one has come from eternity and said so. This is conjecture from scripture that is interpreted by your beliefs. I see scripture and see Jesus’s love for children in Mark10:13-15; Luke18:15-17 He forbade the disciples from trying to keep the children from being blessed by Him and even rebuked them for doing so.”And he took them in His arms , laid hands on them and blessed them.” Mark10:16-Proverbs tells us to train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it. 22:6 If election has already happened Then why have disciplinary?? There are things and thoughts that may be a little challenging to me but I trust God in His infinite wisdom to guide me. These are the scriptures that came to mind as I read all the comments.
