Two fathers? Hmmmm... I think someone needs to explain to Obama how children come into the world.

When I see Obama I can't help but think of that character in John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress. "Beware the flatterer". America has elected a flatterer as president, and now his true nature has been unveiled for all to see.

I think in this case, Angela, we should take example from David and Daniel, who despite both serving wicked and evil kings, acknowledged that they they exercised the office given to them by God. David refused to lift his hand against God's anointed, despite Saul trying to murder him. Remember the powers that be are ordained of God, and we should respect them as such even though we might not always agree with what they do.

Would now be a bad time to say that the Pope is on a slippery slope? Or maybe that he is nearing the end of his rope? I'm sure he's fed up with hearing news of the grope. I bet he wishes he could elope. No hope!

When will the government get it into their thick skulls that kindergarten kids are incapable of making wise decisions for themselves, no matter how much "information" they are given. "Information" is no substitute for moral discipline because it gives them no moral basis from which to make wise decisions.

It's like handing a kid a loaded gun and then telling them how it works. They need to be told the immorality of using it to murder, not how it works and what will happen if you pull the trigger.

Excellent. I always wanted to know what a 165 million year old spider looked like. Let's see..... Eight legs, an abnormal amount of eyes, big hairy body... Yup, it's a spider. Always has been a spider, always will be.

How fitting that they should be posing with duct tape over their mouths to protest these "hate" laws. They'll need plenty of it when they get to the judgement bar of God....

Romans 3:19
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

The Pope was on a slippery slope when he borrowed the name from the Babylonians in the first place. Now he can't cope with the pope soap. He's being a bit of a mope. He should stop being a dope and hope that the free publicity will make him more popular. Either that or he may have to elope.

Hmm. While I do believe numerology in the Bible is significant, this is not news. This is an article promoting a book. It shouldn't really be on here.

Get a grip, Mike. If you are so sure that God does not exist, why should it bother you that someone might offer to pray for you? You obviously aren't a real athiest, but an agnostic who has some grudge to bear against the Christian Deity.

No, no, no. Those feet did not walk in England's green and pleasant land. How do I know? "I am sent not, but to the lost sheep of the house of Israel", Matthew 15:24. Jesus Christ never left the holy land. And another point, He did not need to further his learning in some druidic backwater. Why? The answer is in John 7:15, "And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?". Clearly they knew He had never been to rabbinical college. Read your Bible, Dr Strachan, before publishing your non-information.

I must admit, I am not familiar with the version they quoted from, so I probably would have attributed it to some socialist politician too.

I was an IT technician for 8 years. I wasted hours per week trying to remove virii they acquired while browsing the internet. I've also seen keyloggers being installed on people's PCs through them visiting malicious sites. Thankfully they were discovered before any serious damage could be done. It does happen. But mostly the machines get infected because people choose to go on to these kinds of sites in the first place. It's not Microsoft's fault. Viruses existed long before Windows was invented.

Is that not "adding to the Word of God"?

It's one thing to try and make God's Word more readable for the person on the street (Message Bible, etc). It's entirely another to make up stuff to put in the Bible as if it were true or the Word of God... that's either lying at best, or blasphemous at worst, and whoever wrote it is in danger of hellfire.

Don't get me wrong, I liked Bush better than Obama, but if memory serves me correct, when the President was told about the 9/11 attacks, he continued on addressing a kindergarten class as if nothing had happened.

Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker? Job 4:17.

This guy's going to have an awful rude awakening when the day of judgement comes.
