Must say that was quite a bombshell

But it does explain some of the animosity that has been taking place.
Dorcas, my dear sister your icon gives indication you are totally stunned by my announcement.

However don't be. As I am one of the "Saints in the RCC" I expect it will all work out well.

I have hopes of making it all the way up to Pope someday. Pope Dopey the first has a rather nice sound to it in my opinion.

I like to practice in my pretend Pope's garments as I envision someday being Pope.

Right now as I write this I am prancing around in my Popish garments with a beautiful mitre on my head, although it keeps falling off when I accidently bump into the walls.

Maybe a time for all to re-evaluate the friend or foe question, methinks!
Certainly explains your animosity.
I already told you I didn't have any a
animosity towards you this morning but I see you need constant reassuring.
(Your mother didn't hold you enough when you were young perhaps?)

Since you need constant reassuring:

I don't have any animosity to you this afternoon either.

There are several good reasons for Protestants not to desire relations with the RCC. I too feel there are some errors that still need to be dealt with and I have no problem with those fellow Christians. However I do have an issue with those that must deceive, slander, gossip and bear false witness to satisfy their lust to demonize Saints in the RCC
You tell them SteveR

Really good job SteveR

Because here is the big surprise for today:

I, Dopey, am one of the "Saints in the RCC"

Michael,
I appreciate your posts and your kind words to me. Thank you!

Ianpaisley.org?? LOL
The same foolish website that has posted the fake Jesuit Oath listed in the Congressional Record. How ignorant can one be not to check the entire Congressional record on the authentication of that oath. As both Congress and the candidates involved in that election denounced the oath as a FRAUD.
That website is either full of poor scholarship, or intentially deceiving people to their damnation. In each case, I wouldnt go there and it doesnt surprise me that reprobates bookmark it

Michael? What about me? I got pounded over the head with a lot of bats standing up for you. My head is so sore and lumpy today
I just may be extra Dopey for a few days

Ah! The good old subject of evidence on complicated matters by an "expert":

Clergy and laity alike have often stumbled over some of the writings of Paul the Apostle. Scattered among the letters which he addressed to the churches are a few verses that almost seem to contradict what he wrote in other epistles. At least they have been interpreted as contradictions. But did the great, spiritual, straight-thinking Paul write confusing things? Or is the contradiction only in the way readers have twisted his words?

The ball is in Dopey's court.
BTW: Anyone know why he's chosen such a crazy moniker?
Observer, Hopefully I can pull off a Nadal here and use a good spin shot to put you on defense before you can drill the tennis ball past me with a blistering forehand

I don't have any animosity towards you (this morning ) and hopefully it will stay that way till we both find ourselves in new resurrection bodies when there will never be animosity between us or anyone else.

As I explained to John UK a couple of years ago, I chose Dopey as a name to help keep me from getting a swelled head.

Before I was saved I did a lot of wicked and very stupid things.

After I was saved, I made some very big mistakes in terms of conduct similar in principle to King David's mistakes.

Using the name Dopey keeps those events before and after being saved as reminders to what my adamic nature is capable of until I get a new resurrection body, as well as keeps me looking to the only one that can conquer that adamic nature of mine:

The Lord Jesus Christ

What's up bro? Are you dying of cancer? Not sleeping well? Wife left you? Having sudden bursts of blinding headaches? Lost a fortune on the stocks? Been burgled? Disappointed with yourself? Has peevishness crept in, or bitterness unawares? Angry without a cause? Whatever it is, you know full well you have brethren and sisters here on SA who would empathise with you and pray for you.
Why am I writing this? Concern, brother, concern.
The basic problem John is that I ate too much "fish" and had to many "icy cold" encounters with water.

I got some really bad advice from a brother who also has confessed to being "Dopey" at times and I over did it with the "fish" and "icy cold" part of the advice.

So whatever your issues this reference is nevertheless helpful to me
thank you for it
Michael Mr. Ice's article is also a blessing to me, as is Mr. Ice's article that Jim Lincoln brought to my attention the Treblinka thread and the six-part video series by Mr. Ice that I posted about in that same thread.

No, I haven't left but I am behind on several fronts not related to SermonAudio which I must catch up on. So, I expect to do little to no posting for the next couple of days while I catch up.

It happens. Get over it.
Are you totally deaf also?

Quote me anything I said that calls SermonAudio evil because I can't post,
or even implies that.

I can truthfully say I wouldn't care if I couldn't
post at SermonAudio ever again. There are bigger issues involved here than what you bring up.

But I am certain that the powers that be at SermonAudio understand that very well, even if you don't.

Good night

You threatening everyone here?
Saved, born-again, Holy Spirit filled people don't threaten people so of course the answer to your question is no.

However, sometimes God get so fed up with injustice that He causes things to come crashing down. See the ending of the Sampson story in the Old Testament for confirmation of that truth.

Understandest thou, you are right that is why SermonAudio should pay very careful attention to my 2/26/14 7:42 PM.

So, I invite you and everybody else, including SermonAudio to read carefully what I wrote at:

No, Mike you really can't read hearts including mine.

I know that what you quote is true Observer that is why I am after you big time.

you see Observer it works like this:

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(Galatians 6:7)

What you have been sowing is a disgrace, now reaping time has come.

*******
Oh by the way SermonAudio is the reason that I have been blocked from the "'Son of God': Churches, Religious Groups Snap Up Almost 500,000 Tickets5 new posts!" thread for numerous hours because you have a Haman or Hamans controlling that thread, possibly because they favor the great "Observer" so much?

Or

Is it because Satan is Supernaturally attacking SermonAudio while Sermon
Audio is blissfully unaware of the attack?

Perhaps it would be more merciful to just knock you out cold. This round by round point scoring system just might do damage to your reputation in the eyes of your adoring fans

You have made your stance quite clear, and I shall from henceforth treat you as a foe.
Now let's get down to specifics. I know this is not your suit. You prefer to make vague comments and accusations. A very devilish trait.
Start fleshing out your accusations, assuming you can do such a thing. I know this means getting past your stupidity and your funny man persona. Let's see who is observant and who is the Dopey one.
By all means let us do that:
"Start fleshing out your accusations"
You want me to start do you?
Well that is what you want.
Here is what God wants:

"Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste."

What do you think I should do Observer listen to you or listen to God?

You say, "Let's see who is observant and who is the Dopey one."

I agree You lose round one Care to try again?

That's my problem Observer I have trouble understanding who your master is?

Some of the incredibly dumb things I have seen you write recently make me wonder just exactly who your master is?

You have written some things recently that give indication that you would have trouble observing your way out of a small outhouse if you found yourself in one.

Perhaps, they don't think much of your links Jim. As I told you today in another thread that used to be my attitude also, until I had my eyes opened.

I will check out the link but I'm not sure when I will be reporting back in view of the things I have on my plate today, especially one dandy grievance I have with SermonAudio.

If you hit the magnifying glass beside my moniker and look through old posts you will discover that this is picking up on an old conversation. You will also see that I had already recommended good sources on the study of Anabaptists!
Thanks for the suggestion though.
Let me get this straight you want me to study you instead of Scripture.

Is that your advice to SteveR also. If it is then you are one of the dumbest observers I have ever seen

I see also that your not willing to go an extra mile for SteveR. Too tired from Pontificating are you?
