Bible gives the boundaries of marriage and permits divorce for desertion of an unbeliever in I Cor 7 and adultery in the old and new testament. Permits, not commands. I esteem marriage as itis God's design and it persists until death or Christ's return. Children are a precious gift to married couples. We need to pray for repentance in America. Marriages will last and babies will be welcomed in wedlock. The alternative will be the exception and not the norm.
I don't support Donald Trump, but didn't Mrs. Clinton step down from Secy State after Benghazi disaster? She couldn't handle that. I don't know for sure what Donald Trump would do. We can only speculate. We saw her in action during a violent uprising where an Ambassador and 3 soldiers were ambushed and murdered. As Dr. Phil said (when I used to watch him) "Past behavior is an indicator if future behavior". There is some truth to that statement.
Protestants aren't protesting much these days, but getting cozy with Catholics. The leadership wants us to come "home". The schtick is to keep up media coverage of the pope and make him seem approachable and loving. Uh......yeah.

Based on them being arrogant enough to think that an institution that has existed for thousands of years can be changed by them I would say that they are on board with the "transgender" bathroom craziness. If you think a man in drag or a Butch (what people called ladies dressing like dudes when I was growing up) is all that is needed to change genders then you have to support this foolishness. God created gender and marriage. No amount of crazy talk from a few people can change what He has done. All of us will one day die and be forgotten. We will then meet God. What will these folks say to the Great I AM? How will they stand before the Ancient of Days? Will they tell Him gender is fluid? Marriage can exist between two people of the same sex? A reading of Revelation, Ps 2, and Isaiah's encounter with God should sober them up.
SBC pastors are all over the place. Steven Furtick, Rick Warren, Al Mohler, JD Hall, and Beth Moore are all Southern Baptist. Perfect example of theological inconsistency in the denomination. Also, many people are being swept up in this unbelief being flaunted by government, MSM, and the deviants in the entertainment world. Pray for God to have mercy and deliver us from the tyranny of sin.
Mental institutions of the past were dismantled and the inmates have taken up residency in America's governing body. Canada is rotting from within just like us. They have elected a man who is determined to finish the job of destroying the nation. The people did it. The people wanted this. If they treat one of their decorated comrades thusly would the military protect Americans who do not celebrate sodomy? There have been many articles from different sources about Weinstein vehemently speaking against "homophobes" and Christians. One would conclude that he hates these fellow Americans.
If this is true, then a lawsuit is in order. People need to remove their children from state run schools. Especially in states like the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia. The officer is their to uphold peace not harass children with bible verses. He needs to be fired as well as the nitwits who called in the first place. These folks are not fit to have children placed in their care. It's that simple. Kids are in danger being left 6-7hrs a day with these perverts. I hope the schools have a sharp decline in enrollment. Pray for America. Pray for those who govern, most of which seem to need a straight jacket.
One more thing. Let us believers show the world what a blessing God ordained marriage and family is. 1st century believers were commited to their spouses during pagan Roman rule. While our society is eerily similar we cannot touch those folks piety.
Pastor Jon, you are right. Thank you for the verse. I am grateful that details were left out of the article. That said with so many people shamelessly parading this publicly it is no longer a secret. I think on some level it needs to be refuted publically. I am not against knowing trends so long as there are no unnecessary details. That would surely feed our sinful flesh. I want to refute these things and not be unaware of what is going on.
Based on the article, there are was a significant increase from people swinging over both sides of the fence while homosexual was crazy low. I don't put much stock in studies and know that stats don't prove anything. I also know that if I can't see the full study than I can't tell if it was a good study. That said, anecdotally I would not be surprised if bisexuality would increase since sodomy is being pushed by the White House, Media, and Entertainment jugernot. I believe that prayer, repentance, and sharply reducing media would really help to reduce a trend that may be brewing. Celebrating the beauty of heterosexuality and marriage would make a stronger impact than sexual perversion any day.
We have a right to free speech. Media is supposed to be a watchdog to make sure the government behaves. Pray for this situation. God loves the prayers id His people. He saw everyone of those babies murdered and He will avenge it. I think He has began. Our fellow Americans are going crazy, especially many wh govern.
