Hello dear ones, not on here to comment, but just to :-1)congratulate MBL and his wife on the birth of their little one,but i see that they are struggling. I have prayed for them. 2)For Lurker, also prayed for his wife,as i understand she is still not saved? 3) To let Yamil (and self employed ,whoever he is) know ,that the Lord has blessed me with a lot of work, mostly for Christians,in stepping out in faith as a self employed cleaner/decorator. I am so busy that i have even purchased a lovely van for the work. Praise His name ! To all you others too,Mike,Cheryl,et al,my dear brothers and sisters,i have tears of joy and thankfulness for such a wonderful Saviour, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Bless you all. Sorry to interupt the dialogue, but i do have a heart of love for you all. |

Yamil, this is what John said :-You made a statement once which he has never forgotten and is spurring him on in evangelistic work. Apparantly you said ** i wonder how many people would be saved if they knew how to be so**(or words to that effect. John is in the process of producing 5000 gospel tracts ,with your comment in mind, and he wants to give a tract to EVERY person he comes across in the new year. What a brother ! I hope that news encourages you. I have been really blessed, for which God ha sall the glory,in the past fortnight...people reading the placard, asking questions, taking gospel literature ,and one person i spent two hours talking to came to our Sunday morning, and yesterday's morning meetings at the church we go now,and had a long talk with the pastor on spiritual things! What a Saviour we serve ! Seasons greetings to you and your family. |

Hi Mark(B Lawless), just butting in to wish you seasons greetings.I have just been on the phone to John (UK),and he is being blessed ,and still has a big hunger for street evangelism. He is in the process of writing and having printed 5000 gospel tracts, and told me his desire for the new year is to give a gospel tract to EVERY person he meets...what a brother!. I hope that you are still being blessed in street witnessing. I have been so encouraged in my own witness recently, bless the Lords most holy name, with people reading the word on the placard, asking questions, taking literature, including gospel calendars for 2007,...and one person whom i spent two hours talking to on saturday came to the church service yesterday morning and this morning...oh brother,it is a glorious gospel we have the joy of proclaiming...,and a wonderful Saviour we bring before the lost..there is nothing like it ! Be encouraged bro....keep praying for one another...all good wishes to you, your family, and your congregation for 2007. Praise His lovely, lovely name. Christ loved the church and gave Himself for it !He loved me and gave Himself for me ! |

To Self employed, whoever you are,and Yamil, thankyou very much indeed for your kind comments. Two texts that encourage me in my work are Ecclesiastes 9:10a and Colossians 3:23 I have a hearts desire to especially be of help to the Lord's people,i can not only do cleaning(which is my favourite type of work),but also decorating, handyman work, car valetting and gardening.I have experience in all these. I am content with food and rainment, and just look to the Lord to earn enough to cover these and obviously general cost of living cuch as fuel bills, travelling costs and such like. I have no desire for luxuries! i am trusting the Lord will provide, and be gracious unto me,in His will, and for His glory, for i am starting from nothing at all (empty diary ! ), but stepping out in complete faith. very exciting really ! Back on subject, still enjoying Sermonaudio after all these years. Particularly enjoying the various viewpoints expressed on the Christmas issue, from both sides, some excellent sermons available, with much heart searching on this subject. May the Lord bless you all. |

Dear brethren and sisters who know me,may i covet your prayers please?I have no longer any employment,so have decided ,after prayer,to go self employed,as a cleaner. I shall be delivering specially prepared flyers to local businesses offering my 20 years expeirience as a cleaner,at competitive rates,in a desire to not only earn my income, but serve the Lord as this is a priority. Humanly speaking this could be an anxious time, but i know all things are working together for my good, and am actually quite excited, being a naturally enthusiastic person anyway. Bless you and thankyou to the few who would pray about this,it is so appreciated. |

Mike NY, Lurker, hi brethren, hope that you are both well.Came on to see how things are....nothing changes,eh ? Anyway,i am still in contact with John UK,and he is settling in well in his new digs and new church. Naomi and myself have left the hyper Calvinistic church ,sadly the pastor could not say goodbye,God bless, even though we were as gracious as could be. We have found an independant Baptist church which does a lot of open air evangelism work, not far from us.We went their for the first time tonight,so we shall see how things go. It is possible that Lexiconus has gone to be with the Lord, for John said that about the time of his supporting our trip to Tiverton that he was very ill and at deaths door.(Johns actual words to me.) Take care dearly beloved. I am not interested in commenting on these forums anymore, but just wanted to say hi to my dear brethren. |
