HOWEVER, NOW, you have gotten into defining the terms. Moreover, you have assumed to know my definition of how the Bible uses the word hate or hatred.

By the way, your assumption is wrong.

In fact, in the passage where I quote from, (Luke 14:26), the Lord Jesus Christ defines hate better than Adam Clarke could ever imagine (if you can imagine that).

Down in (Vs 33) he defines what he meant by hate with the word forsaketh.

So... as far as all that goes - I am in no way advocating a Christian spitting in the face of an unsaved person - I am simply stating that the unsaved must understand that the wrath of God is abiding upon them and that they need to repent and believe on Christ.

If all they get is the love of God, they are going to get the impression that they need not to repent - that\'s all I\'m saying.

And I trust, that if you spent any time with me at all, you\'d understand that I am not going around cussing out lost people! I never meant to give that impression!! I am simply for declaring all the counsel of God, which includes the fact that lost people are under God\'s wrath and need to be warned.

God does not forgive unless someone is repentant. Because... until someone is repentant, they are not seeking forgiveness.

This is why the law, the wrath and judgment of God must be declared against sin and sinner alike. It is not the SIN that needs to repent - it is the SINNER.
