Is God's only emotion anger? May He not feel different emotions for the same topic –just as you or I can? Is God beyond emotions, using emotion to communicate to humans His will?

Emotions do not make a person weak. It is the inability to control emotions that contribute to weakness.

Finally, Jehovah is not weak but ever strong. I thought this was foundational knowledge.

May i add to this:

Why would God STRIVE with people throughout the ages with His prophets of old if he had already predestinated them to Hell. If that was true then that would make God out to be some one who enjoyed pain and suffering? This can't be... God is righteous not a sicko.

I can understand the defence against Rome's pegan religion, but against other brothers in the faith. Why is the Body destroying itself?

I feel religion is begining to rule and tradition over the personal and wonderful walk with the Lord, King and Savior Jesus.

Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights [were] with the sons of men. Prov 8:31

How many of us can say we hear His Spirit day and daily through God's spoken word's record for us in the scripture. How many of us can say, I talk to God daily, He is my God and He is my best friend, without Him life wouldn't be worth living?

The Gospel is simple because man cannot save himself, only God could. Jesus said it was simple enough that a child could understand it. So I whom was steeped in Calvinism until depression will leave you one Question.

If god has predestinated some people to goto heaven and others to goto hell then why did god for thousands of years continually send his prophets to tell the people to repent when god decided he would not enlighten their mind. This is a mockery of God!

I am well educated in these two fields on which this discussion is based but that does not matter. I feel the devil flaring up our flesh to attack one and other. We must die to self and preach the Bible, not opinion. Paul preached a simple Gospel and let the Holy Spirit do the rest, He is the only teacher and teaches everyone person.

Let people make up their own mind within their walk with God. Not enough Christians are walking with God as they should now-a-days. Jesus tells us in Proverbs 8 that it was His joy to dwell with men in the habitual part of the earth. Paul wrote to a people once that he did not seek to know anything about them but just Christ with them.
