“ Eternity's Perspective ”
Dr. Andersen, Always richly blessed by your teaching and preaching. I believe this is a crucial paradigm (living with an eternal perspective) in order to keep our hearts and actions right. I enjoyed seeing you and the church family at Trinity recently. Jim

“ Don't hear much on this ”
wonderful study of something not normally spoken on these days. Most people are in a church and don't drink because no one else does or on the flip side go to a church and because so and so drink and they are good people, assume it is okay to drink. I think it is always good to know the whys of some difficult issues.

“ Greatly encouraging ”
Thank you for your clear argument laying out the trustworthiness of Luke as a historian. It was good to consider his thoroughness in recording for us our Lord's life while here on earth.

“ Good Exegesis ”
I appreciate your careful exegesis and expository preaching. This is too often lacking in our churches today. Good representation of the options available in the interpretation of this passage. I appreciate also your willingness to present "both sides" of an interpretation without dogma.

“ To Mike ”
Well, thankyou Mike, that is so kind of you. really appreciated. may you know much of the Lord's blessing as you seek to serve Him day by day. Also to the preachers such as bro Custer, as they prepare sermons ,probably asking the Lord to bless the word whilst on their knees.

“ Non comment ”
Hello Norman, I'm not commenting on this sermon. Rather I wanted to say sorry for the disappointment you expressed earlier. It is true we of the faith often place a higher value on promoting or defending whatever "ism" we hold dear, rather than to encourage, or as the older language has it, edify one another. Anyway, I hope you will take this note in a way which is uplifting.

“ Sermon on an unusual Bible character ”
Elihu is one of those Bible characters of which little is preached upon , which is a shame, as he bridges the speaches of Job and the three "miserable comforters", and the "last word" of Almighty God in this book.Mr.Custer brings some of Elihu's sayings,(recorded in Holy Writ for our admonition dont forget),as encouragements to those of us in this day and age , and for this reason, plus the rare sermons from Elihu, makes this a sermon that will be a blessing to the soul, in a practical way, and so hence heartily recommended to any potential listener.

“ Great Sermon! ”
If a Catholic receives Jesus as their personal savior they can continue being a practicing Catholic. All they have to do is disregard the unscriptural doctrines and adhere to the scriptural doctrines of the Catholic Church, pay attention only to the scriptural parts of the Mass like the Penitential Rite, Apostles-Nicene Creed, readings from the Bible, prayers to Jesus and the Lord's Prayer. They can also every night when they go to bed rededicate their life to Jesus and ask Him to forgive any sins that they may have committed during the day. It really makes no difference what church someone attends after they have received Jesus as personal savior. Just as long as the church adheres to the doctrine of the Deity of Christ.

“ Great Sermon! ”
re: note for R. Davis from Oklahoma, who replied on 6/29/04 to "the enemy within." Dear brother Davis: thanks for listening! I praise the Lord for the Gospel--which saved me, and continues to change me! I would never again participate in the R.C. church since it denies the true Gospel. Yet there are evangelicals who still attend the R.C. church, even though they don't agree with all that it teaches. This is unfortunate, but true. I've left my e-mail address--feel free to reply. Again, thanks for listening, and may the Lord Jesus Christ richly bless us both! greg

“ Great Sermon! ”
Dr. Mazak: You're an awesome teacher, your teachings are based on the word of God. I just have one issue that maybe you should look deeper into, and that is Catholicism. A practicing Catholic - CAN NOT BE A CHRISTIAN - he is either Catholic or Christian - not both. Catholicism is the false church and a false religion (occultic) for the age to come (antichrist). If the individual has renounced catholicism, yes he can become a christian, but that's the only way. Not to be offensive to you (FORMER Catholic), but expressing in truth and concern over this statement in one of your sermons. By the way, why are you now a Christian and not a Catholic still?

“ heart warming Sermon! ”
Brother Custer in this heart warming sermon reminds us of how God dealt with Job - because He loved him, not because He desired to destroy or crush him. Good ministry on Job, i have found to be, surprisingly ,hard to find, and one could go a long way to better this quality of preaching. May the Lord be pleased to bless your ministry, brother Custer, for the edification of preciuos souls, and for the glory of God.

The Beverage Use Of Alcohol
Dr. Greg Mazak

“ Great Sermon! ”
Everyone drinks something. Why not a little alcohol? God has given all things that pertain to life and Godliness in his Word. God's answer fits perfectly with all of history. I encourage you listen carefully as Dr. Mazak hits the issue head on and honestly takes on all the excuses Christians give for the beverage use of Alcohol. For sure a message to be saved and used as a resource in ministry.
