Interesting article.. I'm part of the statistic that says the average church is shallow and God is hardly involved. It's all about food fun and fellowship... the average church offers what I can easily just get in the world with a lil Jesus mixed. I thank God for sermon audio where I found some great theological and doctrinal substance that I can actually chew on!
Serious question... I am not undermining God in anyway. I believe the fall of man and the salvation throufh Jesus Christ. But, what would happen if Adam and eve were proven to be not real? What would that do to Christianity? And if we were to say we should take that story in a metaphorical sense.. then in the bible, what do we take literally and what do we not take literally?
Carlos, do you attend legacy? I'm also from albuquerque and I do agree with you.. there is a good amount of Hispanics who are very true to their faith and many Catholics converting into Christianity. That is great.. and even though I don't necessarly agree with some of their theological beliefs.. there are many genuine servants of our good Lord that go there
Wow... Well, I agree homosexuals should be welcomed in the church... just like any sinner who does not know Christ. But when they are in the church, they should be preached God's word and let the holy spirit convict and lead them to repentance. Plus... they shouldn't be boasting and promoting sin. I don't see other churches having "divorce" day.

I don't commend osama for his actions... but I do hope he repented before his death. The only death we should be celebrating is Jesus and how he rose 3 days later
True true.. but I'm sure she sings the song "born this way" implying her homosexuality. Which I won't disagree with her on that... she is right. We are born sinners.. hence why we need a savior! Poor girl or whatever she is needs some Jesus in her life! Ha.
I honestly think we should take our Christian walk.. and act mote Christ like just like we are suppose to. Jesus who is also God is a God of love...its time we stop putting everyone down for everything and inmates show love to these lost souls just like our Lord and Savior would.. yes homosexuality is a sin but do you really think Jesus would be out there with picket signs saying hateful things. We are trying to save souls like we are called to do.. not scare them away. Homosexuality is a sin just like every other sin.. love your brothern and most importantly love your enemy. If you are of God then you have his love in you. Glorify him in all you do... its simple.
