If it is God's will that a 10 yr old girl witnesses to her aunty, her "ministry" will meet with success because she was called to do that.... It is the will of God that every man preach. It is not the will of God that every man be a bishop. Those that believe they have been called to be a pastor ought to do it decently and in order in compliance with God's word. I believe Mr. Spurgeon (and now Mr. Meadows) operated outside of God's word in not abiding by 1 Timothy 3. This doesn't mean God did not use Mr. Spurgeon and it does not mean he won't use Mr. Meadows. |

Rufus, you're better informed on Texas gun control laws than I am. They are probably ignored by many Texans anyway, so why didn't they shoot this fellow down in his tracks, if every Texan thinks he's a James Wesley Hardin? ... I suspect you mean the murderer John Wesley Hardin? It is strange how some folks have an inability to distinguish between the lawful use of a firearm and the unlawful use of one. Equating Texans who would want to use a firearm for self-defense or in the defense of all these victims to a mass murderer lacks reason. |
