Well again, there seems to have been a breakdown in communicating clearly the author's intent. In this case, I mistakingly interpreted your post to mean that you justified homosexuality. Perhaps it was the language.
Nevertheless, if you "were" blinded by this sin and are now reaching out to other blinded people, I am praying and will pray that God enlarges your coasts. I minister to sinners. I do not approach individuals based on ethnicity, appearances, behavior, etc. I approach man (generic term) just as Jesus approached man - recipients of God's grace. He died for ALL. The cross speaks to ALL. It was not just for particular groups of people, but ALL. His blood is red, as it is with ALL men. But without sin. He identified with ALL; though grieved to the point of death.
But as I mentioned before, we forget our past - that we once "were" like ALL men.
May God opens our eyes and hearts to lovingly mourn for the lost.
Back to your post. It came across as an attack upon Christianity. It is true that we can be hypocritical. Prayerfully it won't characterize us.
May we learn to love as God through Christ loves.

I hope you read today's article of how a South Carolina officer committed cold blooded murder of a black man. He lied about the man stealing his taser. However, someone was filming the entire episode and proved him a deceitful liar. Cries of injustice have been made too long. The media, the right winged Evangelical of the South, the moral majority and hypocritical Christians do not seek to vindicate the claims of racism.
I hope you are not an ostrich like so many of them are.
