“ Great Sermon! ”
God has given us His written Word, and spared not to give us His Son, the Living Word, who is His Servant and a Covenant to His people; He is the Living Word, who is a quickening Spirit, within each of His sheep; He is Christ in (us) the hope of glory, and God has given us the mind of Christ. LORD, quicken me that I might remember all the promises we inherit earned by our Substitute and Representative, the Lord Jesus Christ who is even now making intercession for me. God, foreknew me and predestinated my being called, and justified; having judged the Lamb slain for my sin, that He might quicken and conform me to the image of His Son. |

“ God's Word to His Sheep ”
“Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified” (Gal 2:16) So that, it is the OBJECT of our faith that hath justified us-that is, HIS faith. “Therefore being justified, by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.” (Rom 5:1-2; remember to place a comma after the word justified). So, “Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law” because the OBJECT of our faith has perfectly obeyed the will of God. You can not rationalize, explain, or teach a person, who is dead in Adam, the truth of the paradox of the man of Romans 7 and 8. We are sin; everything the new man does in compromised and touched by the imperfection and fallenness of his old nature. That's the Word of God, and His sheep believe that (just like they believe in the Trinity, in the new birth and in His Incarnation!!! Our brother Gabe declared the wonders of God towards His people. |

“to fulfill the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory; whom we preach But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”— “these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God; In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed” … God, when it pleased Him, to reveal His Son in me and made known that He has shown mercy to such as I, Oh ….... “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me” had He not declared it so!! |
