Banned wrote: Reports have it that MacArthur reassured the young suicide that committing suicide would not keep a person from Heaven, that once saved always saved, and nothing could snatch somebody out of God's hand, even suicide. So the young man believed MacArthur and went ahead and committed suicide, that his fear of Hell was the only thing keeping him from it and once MacArthur reassured him on that score he went for it. Banned:Once again: YOU ARE WRONG! Have enough humility to admit that you don't know. I do, because I have a relationship with MacArthur, The Master's College & Seminary, as well as Grace Community Church! I live 20 minutes from these campuses and my wife is a 1999 graduate from the School! I know what I am talking about! You and Lyn both seem to have the same problem: A lack of humility. Therefore, your "REPORT" is all wrong, and for the record, if a person is genuinely saved, then they can NEVER lose their salvation as believers are "Kept by the power of God", "Sealed by the Holy Spirit until the Day of Redemption", and are in the "hands of both the Lord Jesus and God the Father!" |

Fredrick wrote: Thank you [ lyn,Idh, Banned, Vogue, Randomthinking ] for your genuine care, concern and advice. Even though there were some differences of oppinion, I still wanted to tell all of you, [thank you, again] Dear Fredrick:Thanks again, and I am glad that some of us could be of some help. Now, I want to clarify something that Lyn said. She told you to ignore my advice for you to seek counsel. However, she is the one who is wrong! God has raised up men and women who have been trained in the discipline of "Biblical Counseling", and who can help you to work through some things. Interestingly, Lyn encouraged you to listen to men like John MacArthur, and I agree wholeheartedly as he is a tremendous communicator of the truth. Guess What? John MacArthur advocates Biblical Counseling! His school, The Master's College, actually has a counseling department and a degree in Biblical Counseling. How do I know? MY dear wife has a degree from his school! Therefore, I think that you should get the help you need in the area of Biblical Counseling. Lyn means well, but unfortunately, she falls into the catagory of a person who has "Zeal but no knowledge!" |

Dear Fredrick:Thanks for sharing and for being vulnerable and transparent. First, it doesn't neccessarily mean that you are not saved because you are struggling. The simple truth is every professing Christian struggles with something, even the people who are giving you advice. The Bible is replete with examples of people who were "genuine" believers, but who were still being dominated by the sins of the flesh. God did not redeem your old, Adamic Sin nature, however, if you are Born Again, then He has given you His own divine nature which gives you the ability to be victorious over a sinful lifestyle! While we do not what his struggles were, it is clear that even the great apostle Paul struggled with indwelling sin (Please read Romans 7). However, he also learned that victory was through his relationship to Jesus, and not his own human ability. The key to victory is "learning" how to walk in the Spirit and under the Lordship of Christ. However, you might need additional professional counseling to get to some of the other issues that contributes to the decisions that you make. I would encourage you to read Romans 7 & 8, as well as the Book of Galatians for dealing with the sins of the flesh. I trust that the Spirit will enable you to be victorious! |

savedbygrace wrote: Vogue, My point sir is that you continued to bring up the racist issue and I was simply pointing out to you that there are no racial distinctions whenever it comes to this sin. Savedbygrace: You missed the point! There are MORE Whites on welfare than Blacks! All one has to do is to look it up and the data will speak for itself! As to the race thing, I am certain that there are racist people of every ethnicity, that is not a new revelation. However, I speak from a historical perspective, and that perspective is White America has shown more hate, division, a sense of superiority, and mistreatment of other races, especially Blacks, than any other ehtnicity. Why is that true? Simply because in America, it was the White establishment that had both the financial and political clout that enable them to call the shots! There can be no denial of this fact. Yes, times have changed, and we have grown as a Nation, but everything that I just said has been verified through history! Futhermore, when it comes to "Statistics", White America will not be honest enough to tell the truth about the ills in their communities; they prefer to show the ills of the Black and Latino communities. |

savedbygrace wrote: Vogue, Let's be clear-there are racist Democrats, also. As far as treatment of minorities-I know Reps. that care for all people groups in their hearts enough to want policies that will help and not hurt. Maybe, the worst thing that ever happened to the impoverished was the so-called "Great Society", by L.B.J. and the slum camps that exist today. Also, abortion is devastating the black community. Saved by grace: Abortion is very high in the White community as well. Also, there are more Whites on Welfare than other ethnicities, though White organizations try to hide that fact! Republicans are for the most part racist! Again, I gave you an example of the SBC, which is the largest Protestant denomination in the World. For the most part, that Convention approved and promoted racist views towards blacks and other ethnicities. That is why they had to repent in the early 90's; I'm glad that they finally recognized the error of their ways. Yes, I agree that all mankind was created by God, and come from Adam. No argument there. However, I wonder why racist people in the White churches and communities can't see that? |

Banned wrote: If Manning has a church for 27 years and gets invited to speak around the country by other pastors, it shows he has stature and credibility. Lots of people think Obama is The One, the Messiah, that he's going to restore the Constitution, bring peace and save the country. We'd all like for that to be true, but the facts show otherwise. Obama, aka Barry Sotero, is already talking about a universal draft.Insiders like Powell, Albright and Biden are warning of a certain terrible crisis on or about January 21 and 22 that will dwarf 9/11. Last fall a plane loaded with nuclear warheads was "accidentally" ordered sent by the USAF from one state to another, and when it landed it mysteriously was missing one of the nukes. Somebody in our military stole a warhead which if dropped on Erie, PA, could, with wind currents, take out Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester. 9/11 and Oklahoma were staged by our own corrupt government, and if Insiders are telling us to expect more of the same I'm listening. Banned:Apparently, you cannot read. If you can, then you would have read that my friend's pastor no longer invites him because he finally came to the conclusion that Manning is unstable and very much a lunatic! |

Banned wrote: Obama does not appear to be a natural citizen, not even a naturalized citizen. He is not officially president until December 15 when the electoral college delegates vote; and they may well not vote him in because he refuses to prove he is a natural born U.S. citizen rather than a non citizen, and citizen of Indonesia and/or Kenya. It appears The One is neither a natural born nor even a naturalized United States citizen. His mother did not live in the country long enough to make him automatically a citizen, and he was not born in America. Further, he was adopted by his Indonesian father and a citizen of Indonesia. Obama, aka Barry Sotero, aka Barky Sotero, aka Barry Dunham, needs to produce his vault birth certificate and reassure people that he is constitutionally qualified to be our president. The One is a puppet of foreign banksters and Zionists, and his purpose is to serve as a big distraction to keep our minds off the rape and theft of our country and the horrors of the tyranny that are being cemented around us. Banned:First, you are a piece of work! Second, what are you going to do when Barack Hussein Obama is sworn in on January 20th as the next US President? Will you leave the Country? Please make our day! :-) |

Mike wrote: You are hilarious, Vogue. You also wrote: "Wow! I am amazed as to why the Moderators let you put up this nonsense and slander of the next President of the USA! Imagine, a person who has never met the man, doesn't know him personally, and yet, you have all of these "FACTS" on him. I know God must be very grieved with you!" Do you know Manning personally? If so, how and where the association? If not, do you retract your idle gossip, nonsense and slander? For the record, I am very acquainted with Manning as he use to come to Columbia, South Carolina yearly to speak at one of my friend's church! You thought you had me did you? He is a lunatic, and thankfully, my friend's pastor stopped inviting him because of his abrasive style and outright insults of the membership. I've heard him in person SEVERAL times through various venues and he is always the same...stupid! In fact, I actually did a paper on this false teacher! |
