(Deuteronomy 22:5 KJV) There are two prevailing beliefs about this verse. On one side there are people who do not believe women should wear pants (any garmet with a crotch). Then there are people who believe "that which pertaineth unto a man" is a reference to military. I haven't personally studied it out. Either way, it seems to me that women would be best to purposefully avoid the special ops! I always thought the verse you quoted meant men not to deliberately dress as women or women as men for example transvestites, or so called "drag queens ", don't know what you would call women who do the same, I hate seeing men dress as women, I don't see anything funny about it at all. I could be wrong so it would be interesting to see what others think, |

Thanks Christopher, all is well, just busy time of year with all the croft work ( peat cutting, sheep shearing, planting and harvesting ) that has to be done and even in this work men and women have there different rolls, do you ever notice that you have to look twice at some people to see if it's a man or woman you are seeing, the way they dress, hair style and all the rest, it's as you say men are becoming more like women and women like men. God gave us different abilities, different qualities. So even with all the work I always go through the S/A articles and comment each day, also like to read the different views and discussions. |
