I've been a receiver of the SA email for I believe 10 or more years. I'm not a broadcaster, but an end user. Without sermon audio I never would have found my now favorite pastor that I listen to with my wife every weekend. I've listened to hundreds of different pastors in this time and want to say Thank you! The new site is awesome! Now when we listen to the new sermons from our favorite pastor you can choose for the text to be seen next to the video, and print out the raw text if you want. This is very helpful. Please keep up this great work! |

“ Where in the world are you ever going to hear a sermon with this title? ”
Certainly not anywhere in the spiritual wasteland of the shallow and superficial man-pleasing, entertainment-driven Chicago suburbs, where even the so-called "Orthodox" Presbyterian social club quakes and quivers at the prospect of calling a spade a spade and identifying the Roman Catholic Church for what it is. This sermon is why I love this church and Pastor Don Green's preaching. |

“ Wonderful sermon! ”
My wife and I listen to Pastor Doug's sermons usually the Saturday after he preaches it. Again we are so filled by the Gospel message every single week we listen. I really enjoyed how Pastor Doug wove Romans 8:28-30, the "Golden Chain" into Saul's (Paul's) own conversion. When Paul was writing those words in Romans he was remembering what happened to him by reflecting on what the Hebrew Scriptures say about the call of Jeremiah, Samuel, and Isaiah. Each believer in Jesus Christ is called in a similar fashion, and to contemplate this for myself, where eternity meets the temporal, is mind blowing. This will be another sermon by Pastor Doug I will listen to multiple times. May God continue to bless you and your church! |
