Catholics on Gender Theory

“ xx & xy ”
It sounds like we need start to inquiring about one's genetics instead of one's gender (e.g., an applicant should be asked if they are xy/xx rather than a M/F). It seems like people are accused of misgendering depending on how far left or right their worldview is. It feels like anyone being scientifically accurate could cause the leftists to say we're misgendering people, and likewise the left's science deniers are misgendering people by saying we have more than two genders. It looks like the question of gender is in question, but our genetics aren't. How acceptable is this?

I don’t think I have Ever been more confronted by the Holy Spirit to whether or not I love Jesus as much as I should. Tears ran down my face as I was challenged by this message. I’m thankful for it.

“ Socialism: Anti-Liberty ”
The objective of socialism and its many variants like Communism are the same objective. The abolition of liberty. If socialism is to succeed, then liberty must be done away with. We have already witnessed the fall of liberty and the rise of socialism when the United Nations was founded on 24 October, 1945, which made worldwide socialism not just possible, but inevitable. All of this shows that to socialists, the ends justify the means. Such means for achieving socialism on a worldwide level include a centralized one world government.

“ Thanks ”
Thanks Berean for doing this. Great discussion. I believe that even though this is a very publicized issue with the PCA now, it is something facing the whole church and many so called Christians share sympathies with Greg Johnson, Revoice, and side B gay Christianity. Please keep discussing these issues. Thanks again.

“ Superhero Comics: Legacy of Vain Imaginations ”
Superhero comics, since their inception in the early 20th Century, created a legacy of vain imaginations which still continues to this day. Of course, this legacy of vain imaginations dates back to the many ancient mythologies of different cultures around the world. While being heroic is a commendable value, we must not be influenced by the silly imaginations of superhero comics, which originated with the silly imaginations of the ancient mythologies around the world. It is worth remembering Hebrews 11:1-40 in times like these.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Pastor Sean this message goes 100% with the thought I had from listening to your message on the bowl judgments. You made the comment that with the bowl judgments God is destroying the earth because he's creating a new heaven and earth in revelation 21. I know how everyone seems to go to the plages in Egypt as parallels to the Revelation judgments but, I've never heard anyone compare them to the Creation. I cant help but to think of so many parallels between the Days of creation and the 7 bowl and 7 trumpet judgments.. Thers a ton just between the subjects that are created (earth, sea, sea creatures, man, ect...) and the subjects that are destroyed lining up. Then the big one I noticed right away was the 7th day of rest and the 7th trumpet/bowl phrases, It is done, and The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. I think something's there and would love to hear your thoughts or a sermon preached. thanks Lee

I learn a lot about what’s going on in Churches and ministries by listening to this show each weak. So thank you. As far as a database goes, if you put someone’s name into a database, based on an accusation, you will be sued out of existence. Just my opinion

“ DC Comics: Superhero Arm of Warner Bros ”
DC Comics has been owned by Warner Bros since 1967. The Warner Bros Company, though recognized for its creative arts, is also known for marketing occultism, meaning that there is not much of a difference between Warner Bros and Disney, even though they are different companies. The same can be said of DC and Marvel. Even though the superheroes and supervillains of comicdom are imaginary, there were spiritual abominations called Nephilim, and they are mentioned in Genesis 6:4. This sermon is very helpful because it takes the super out of superheroes and supervillains.

“ Megachurch: Entertaining People For Filthy Lucre ”
This sermon shows why the usual megachurch is about entertaining people while making filthy lucre at the same time. It's just as Charles Haddon Spurgeon predicted, "A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats."

“ Sorry ”
You are taking Dr. Stanley's words out of context. Jesus said He would never leave you or forsake you. I can tell you without question Dr. Stanley is being used by God Himself in very meaningful ways and Dr. Stanley speaks truth. If a person is saved God will not let that person lose his salvation. The Bible speaks clearly of correction and The Bible clearly speaks of not having levels of sin. Sin one sin all and we are all sinners. Sorry but you are wrong on this one.

“ She should repent of her verbal abuse ”
The wife is the one who has been verbally abusing her husband, disrespecting him and God for years, and this man was hurt emotionally/psychologically/spiritually, and was likely too passive to her overbearing and abusive yelling, put downs, insults. These three boys do not fully see what that woman (man abuser) saw in her moment of “hamburger revelation”, and sinful behaviour. She started to see how poorly she was treating her husband, and couldn’t even apologize to him or God. She admitted she has abused him this way for years. So stop defending her sinful actions/behaviours or at least minimizing them, and show some empathy for the husband who was victimized in this. She couldnt even apologize to him properly, she needs to be corrected rightly of how to treat other human beings. We dont even know if she has fully repented and curtailed fully her abusive controlling outbursts. That is not love.... How would Jesus have responded or God for that matter seeing her on going abuse? Seemed like they trivialized this as not a big deal. If a husband did this to his wife, one phone call and he would be talking to the Police.
