If we all looked at our own sin and allowed that to disqulaify us from preaching against a sinful world none of us would utter a word of scripture beyond our own front door.

We are all wretched sinners, if you went to a Free Presbytarian Church you would understand that is their starting point.

They preach repentance not because they are righteous, not out of condemnation but out of Love, out of compassion for sinners, they want to see people repent and put their trust in Jesus.

Thieves and adulterers are not jockying to be priests and bishops like the sodomites are.

Christians do not treat homosexualty more seriously than any other sin, what many do as I do is take issue when the 'liberals' say that it is not sinful but a gift of God that is not objectionable to God. That spin the sin line is repugnant and an offence to the Gospels.

If anybody has any doubts about the corruption of scripture that the NIV bible contains they would do well to listen to this sermon by Ray Pulman.

All those in church leadership have a responsibility to the flock that God has assigned to them.

A shephard would not give his sheep food that will make them sick, so why is it Pastors are feeding their congregations a watered down corrupt imitation of scripture?

You sound a little bitter, remember it was the reformers who freed our faith from the superstitious, pagan embracing catholics. They still cling to tradition, giving it equal authority alongside scripture.

I reject Rome and all its new found 'protestant' friends. They are not protestants they are niave cultural christains marching blindly back into captivity. God's will sets us free now as it did in the 15th and 16th century.

Lisa I am astounded that you write off the reformation. It would do you well to remember so many faithful followers of Christ were burnt and persecuted for following scripture and rejecting the man made doctrines of Rome.

Remember that in revelations the martyred saints cry out to Christ for justice.
