Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

American Christianity is an abomination in the eye’s of the Lord. Today’s so called Church of God is blind, lame, dumb, and deaf to the ways and the heart of God. We have forsaken His commands and His ways for His people.

The Church holds no power against the raging enemy because it refuses to submit to the methods of the world. The Church is consumed by the lust of the eye’, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life.

Acts 5:1-11 1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, 2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. 3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? 4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. 6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him. 7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. 8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. 9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. 10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

The early Church of Jesus Christ was in one accord. They were in agreement to live a life that is sold out to holiness for God, and in defiance to sin and unrighteousness.

When the unbeliever got saved they gave up all of there possessions and desires were transformed from earthly things to eternal things. Looking back was not an option, and a life with Jesus Christ was complete victory over the things of this world!

Ananias, and Sapphira were evidently not fully commited to the Lord but they had doubt, and with doubt comes a lack of faith, and a lack of faith means to allow unbelief to cause oneself to create a back up plan incase this Jesus stuff doesn’t work out!

Hypocrisy has invaded the Church, and has allowed the majority to camouflage their Christianity!

We hide our faith and camouflage ourselves so that we can avoid uncomfortable situations. God forbid someone speaks bad about us, or that we’re confronted for our faith!

The camouflaged Christian will take no stance against sin. They will ignore it, or turn the other cheek. They will make excuses and say things like “it doesn’t involve me, or I’ll let God be the Judge.

Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

The preaching against sin has diminished, it’s like it’s not allowed. For the sake of the numbers brother don’t dare mention people’s faults! Don’t tell them that God is a God who hates sin! Let them just go right into Hell with the peace of mind that they had their pleasures met in this life!

Psalms 5:4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.

Hebrews 11:24-25 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; 25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

The camouflaged Christians conceal their light from the dark world. They offer no testimony to the lost. They fear the rejection, and comments from family, friends, or fellow employees.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

You cannot be a friend, nor have friends of the world! Non believers have nothing in common with you!

To be liked by the world means to have compromised the standards of God so that the world sees you as they are!

Luke 11:33-36 33 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light. 34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. 35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. 36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

The world offers everything but the truth. The truth is Jesus Christ!

Romans 3:23-26 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

What was done at the cross was a gift to those who are willing to lay there desires and wants of this life down and allow the Lord Jesus Christ to make the change in us that reflects who He is, and for His glory.

Christians are compromised to the point where they are not convicted by their sins. They indulge in movies, music, places of entertainment, and activities that they should have no part with.

They are compromised to the point of how they dress. Their appearance is identical with the worlds appearance. This is sin and this is compromise!

Compromised Christians have surrendered to the pleasures of sin. They don’t want to hear the truth.

2 Corinthians 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

They are deceived by their dishonesty.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

They will not stand for the truth, nor look for it. Their just like Ananias, and Sapphir. They have a back up plan, which really isn’t a back up plan it’s really a lack of true faith and belief.

Death by default will be the end game for the majority of those who choose the now over the eternity.

God is holy.

God doesn’t change.

God doesn’t compromise His Word.

God will judge sin.

Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

American Christianity is set for a rude awakening!

2 Chronicles 36:16 But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
