Great Sermon! I loved your sermon series on the song of songs. I would like to encourage you by letting you know how thankful I am that God has used you to teach me more about my relationship with Him. I have listened to the whole series and some individual sermons 8 or 10 times as I study this book. I am thankful that God has given us preachers after his own heart. Our pastor left our church over a year ago leaving the care of Christ bride in the hands of whomever God would raise up. It pains me to see a congregation that is so malnourished that I question if even 5% are even saved. It seems that they have no desire for the word and most definitely do not desire it as a newborn does milk. I have been teaching through the book of Matthew until we got to the narrow way and then spent six sermons showing what the Christian life looks like. The sermons where very hard to preach because they concentrate on verses that show we must be willing to leave all to be His deciple. I am now hoping to finish teach about the narrow way by letting them see God's account of the bride and bridegroom in this song. I am hoping that God will restore all that are His that might of had thier assurance damaged by the harshness of my previous sermons. So I am praing that God would use me as He has you to teach this
The Best Teaching of This Passage Many Christian women seek to undermine Paul's teaching, and even reject it. We must look at these verses through the lens of Christ's relationship and His love for His bride, His people. Pastor Warmack provides the biblical perspective, which is what many "Christian" women refuse to accept.
'Just the facts, ma'am!' This message is just an introduction to one verse. It covers a multitude of subjects,(true gospel, end times, the true Israel, the rapture, "silent dog whistle",man in God's image, and more) all explained by scripture. Wondered how it was going to tie together, but it did. Listened to this twice and probably will again.
Great Sermon! Religiosity hates the doctrine of election. It takes the ball out of their court and places it solely on the sovereign Lord. Great message! All who hold to universal salvation follow a different, weak jesus who died for all yet can't save all. They do not understand the atonement at all.
Great Sermon! Such a wonderful exposition of Christ's love for His sheep. Made me realize anew how much I owe Him. Thank you Pastor Warmack. I am one of those sheep who must rely upon messages like these for growth and development. So glad your church decided to take on this expense. I and any who listen are in your debt. Thank you!
Wish it wasn't so! Although this message was preached over a decade ago it is still as relevant today as then. Especially concerning what many today consider religion. I wish it wasn't so.
Questions? Have you wondered about true worship and true salvation? This message, through the scriptures, answers these and other questions. Also there is given a beautiful picture of what great love Christ has for his sheep. This series of three messages should not be missed.
New Creation? Are you a new creation? What evidences are there to indicate you are? Find out the answers to these questions and much more in this great sermon.
Great Sermon! We have just watched/listened to this conference sermon, and it has been a blessing and encouragement, in teaching us to look to Christ, not ourselves.
