Great Sermon! I'm very uncomfortable saying God bless you or asking God's approval for an unsaved, rebellious, unrepentant sinner. How can I ask God to bless that? Am I wrong?
Thanks. I no longer attend as I’m now elsewhere now but it’s good to find your sermons on this site and to hear your preaching once again. Thank you for uploading.
Great Sermon! Dear Pastor Monte, Thank you for your clear teaching on this subject. My heart aches for those who are caught up in the error of reformed theology. It is so hard to convince them otherwise.
Great Sermon! I’ve been preaching through Romans and I’m currently in chapter 14. I had an emergency hospital visit with a 45 minute drive, and I brought up your message to listen.
Thanks for a great perspective and for bringing out the Bible principles. The illustrations of Alan and Alex were especially illuminating. Also, I believe I know the answer as to why there are no letter E’s in scholastic grading. You referred to the kindergarten grades with satisfactory marks. They used to have U for unsatisfactory, S for satisfactory and E for exceptional. To avoid confusion between E for exceptional and an E for an unacceptable grade, they stopped using the letter E in the grading scale.
thanks again for putting your messages up on sermon audio for others to reference.
A message that encompasses all life stages! Timely, relevant, and extremely insightful. Jesus is our everything. Following Him is paramount. This message is a road to the answers of all our questions. Thank you for painting so clearly a picture of truth.
Great Sermon! Thank u preacher...Islam is full of ragheads...they are not our friends...this sermon is nearly 20 years old but true....I wonder how closer we are here in our great country(USA) to a war inside our own borders with these ragheads(Muslims).???!!!they have been invited here by Obama and Biden...I do know Jesus is in control....
Excellent Excellent sermon on suicide among young people. He covered so many important reasons why so many young people kill themselves. And what we can do to help.
When he questioned a teenager in his church who was obviously very disturbed, the young man said that he might kill his entire family. This sermon is 18 years old. I think by now we all know that we should immediately report any such information to the police. I’m writing this two days after a woman killed three children and three adults at a Christian school in Nashville. She herself was then killed by police. A lot of times, it seems like part of the motivation for mass shootings is a desire in the shooter’s heart to die himself. So suicidal thoughts can sometimes end up in the deaths of others as well. Let’s not be afraid to give important information to authorities when it could be a matter of life and death.
Great Sermon! Excellent message! I do have one question and I hope I am not nitpicking.
At the 46:43 minute marker (final words of why we should not change from the KJV) Pastor Marc stated that the KJV is written in modern English (and I'm assuming that was in the time period of 1607-1611). Earlier in the message he (Pastor Marc) said the KJV English was in Biblical English. My question is this: Is there a difference between 17th century Biblical English and 17th century modern English.
I agree with the entirety of this message and I've been using only the KJV for 20 years.
Thank you and God bless,
Linda Robey

Great Sermon! Dear Pastor Monte,
Thank you so much for this outstanding practical message. What a wonderful passage of Scripture this is! It helped me in my youth, and continues to help me in my old age.
True Bible Teaching Wow. Thank you Pastor for this sermon filled with so many great points about compromise. This sermon was preached in 2004, but is even more relevant to The Church today. I encourage all to listen to this strong message.
Great Sermon! This message is helpful. Being a Christian business owner is challenging. Hearing you mention the Twin Cities and Owatonna made me smile. I practice chiropractic in Owatonna. Thanks again!
Great Sermon! There are many similarities of the Feast of Trumpets (for Israel) and the Rapture (catching away of the Church). However, I don't believe that the Feast of Trumpets is fulfilled in the Rapture of the Church.
********************
From Bible Study notes on the Feasts of Israel (Leviticus 23)---Jewish Awareness Ministries:
Trumpets (Rosh-HaShanah/Yom Teruah)
PROPHETIC: it speaks of Israel being re-gathered back to the land in preparation for judgment and receiving their Messiah. The Abrahamic covenant must be fulfilled before the final re-gathering of all Jews to the land.
MESSIANIC: it speaks of the Lamb of God, Revelation 6, pouring out the judgments of Revelation to prepare Israel for their day of repentance and salvation, Revelation 5:9, Jeremiah 30:11.
The representation of the Feast of Trumpets is the blowing of trumpets for the gathering of the people back to the land as a nation where God will save them from their enemies.
The rapture is a prophetic event for the church, not Israel, and thus, not the prophetic picture of this feast.
Great Sermon! One of the best messages I've heard on eternal security using His Word to define our salvation. More churches need this message. I would like a copy of the handout.
Great Sermon! I am so thrilled the Lord has led me to you sermons. I have been inspired, convicted, and assured.
Thank you for preaching the Word, and allowing the Lord to speak so clearly through you.
