Great Sermon! Thank you for this sèrmon. I had and still have the same EXACT fears as did Scared stiff from Florida. I could barely sleep and there still are fears as I just can’t remember so many of sins committed by me and I just don’t know how I will be able to get right with God as, how can I, considering without being able to remember each and every sin to ask and then receive the forgiveness required in order to be restored to right fellowship because uncontested sins are still not sufficiently confessed? I am still very thankful for this in-depth exposition of Psalms 19:12. Thank you. God’s blessings to you for this sermon and His blessing to Scared Stiff and all who’re, like me, are still struggling with this particular serious concern.
Great Sermon! I keep my notebook and a good writing pen right beside me and I do take many notes as I listen, pausing the sermon in order to take good notes without missing any of the sermon. Thank you for your faithfulness in bringing the true words of God and not the opinions of men. Bless you also for using the King James Bible. God's mighty blessings to you, Brother Sheppard and to all of the saints at Citrus MB Church.
Great Sermon! The saints who are a part of this particular congregation are soooooooooo blessed. If I lived in or near Inverness I would be in attendance for every service, because of how the pastor explains so diligently the difficult passages of Scripture. He brings out answers to questions I bring with me to SermonAudio, questions I've wrestled with, but never could find satisfactory answers in hearing others preach, questions I've fretted and cried over, went to various Christian websites in order to try to get answers, but in many instances would end up feeling even worse. Thank You Jesus for the anointing with which You so richly endowed Brother Sheppard, and thank you, Brother Sheppard for your faithfulness in using that awesome gift from God.
Great Sermon! Another great sermon, preached with such clarity. This is a Bible passage on a subject that I personally needed to hear. I hope to one day hear a sermon from Mathew 12:36, as I have wrestled with this particular verse on "idle words." I wonder why all sins can be forgiven EXCEPT the sins of idle words. We will be judged when we stand before Jesus at the Judgment Seat of Christ. I'd always believed there was only one unpardonable sin, and that sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Idle words are evil, but so is any other sin, those other sins which are forgiven and not held against us as God says He remembers them no more. Frightening, but fair, because God is pure and righteous, and he loves us.
Great Sermon! What a blessing! What an awesome sermon. Thanks for the way you explained secret faults so thoroughly. WOW! I really needed this. I am so thankful to you for this very informative message. Blessings to you, in the name of
Great Sermon! This is the clearest sermon I have ever listened to regarding secret sins or hidden faults. When I first really paid close attention to Psalms 19:12', several weeks ago, I began serious searching for what it meant and if there was any hope for me as I really cannot remember every sin I've committed in my lifetime to try to seek forgiveness for each and every one. I cried day and night and started trying to see if there was anyone who could really show me how I may be able to remember them in order to confess every one of them and receive forgiveness so that I could get right with God, to have fellowship restored and to stop feeling doomed.
Thank you, Brother Sheppard. I feel so much more encouraged in my seemingly hopeless state of being without remedy for this particular dreadful fear of being in a perpetual state off separation from God and His grace and mercy. I was so scared that there was no way back to having any kind of peace with God. BLESS YOU! BLESS YOU!!! Thank You Jesus for allowing me to hear this particular sermon.
Great Sermon! Yet be it known unto thee, O king! we will NOT serve these gods, though they are thy gods, nor worship this golden image, though thou thyself hast set it up.
Lord give us such courage, boldness and love of thee! Fear of man bringeth a snare.
