“ Great Sermon! ”
When I talked to a person who was entangled in the Charismatic movement, and showed them the error of their teaching, they said to me, "You think it is of the devil, don't you?" I told them I did, for doesn't the serpent love to draw people seeking after the truth into his apostate movement. On another occasion a member of my family involved in this movement visited my Baptist Church. After the sevice this person said to me, "Your church is dead." I asked why they would say that, and they replied, "You don't raise your hands." How foolish these deluded people are in thinking that raising your hands in Church is the mark of the Spiritual life. In their eyes, it is the show of emotion that marks you as a Christian. This was a great sermon. God bless you Pastor Waite for preaching the truth.

“ Great Sermon! ”
When my church was seeking a new pastor they wanted to call a man who used the NKJV. I stand firmly on the King James Bible, but I knew I had to have a firm argument so I began researching the new versions. I found a website defending the King James Bible. Here are some of the Scriptures used. Proverbs 16:10 "A divine sentence is the lips of the king: his mouth trangresseth not in judgment." Another is Ecclesiastes 8:4; "Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?" The article goes on to say that James is not an English word but a Hebrew word, and that in Hebrew it is Jacob. Psalms 147:19 says, "He showeth his word unto Jacob." The Bible does not leave us in the dark when it comes to who God appointed to translate His Word. Do we have the inspired Words of God in our precious King James Bible. WE DO! Amen, and AMEN!

Borders of Our Lives #1

“ Great Exposition!!! ”
Amen. This speaking was a really rich exposition of Psalm 16 by the usage of the words of God, by poetry, and by personal testimony. I agree with every point that was made. We can trust the Lord whatever comes our way, be it things that bring us joy or things that bring us sorrow. And, yes, sorrow does the best work upon our heart. Yet, how terrible it must be for those who do not know our Wonderful Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. They have no anchor in the many storms which come into the borders of their lives. Therefore, they turn to other comforts than to our dear Comforter, Who can comfort us in the far places in our heart where nothing or any person can reach. O how wonderful that we are partakers of the unsearchable riches of Christ in all the lines, which have fallen unto us in pleasant places. Christ is our goodly heritage, that we reap in the lines or borders of our lives as we keep looking unto Him through all of our joys and sorrows. Norma Carter

“ Powerful! ”
Another powerful exposition of Romanism and the false ecumenical movement by Rev. Paisley. I guess this message was delivered over thirty years ago but it is as valid and up-to-date as ever. The words of a true preacher of God will indeed stand the test of time. We need this kind of hard-hitting no-compromise preaching today more than ever.

“ Wonderful Sermon!! This needs to be heard!! ”
An excellent informative sermon about why the King James Bible is superior to all the other versions and perversions available today. So many churches over here have thrown out the KJB and replaced it with the NIV or the NKJV, even so-called fundamentalist churches. I'm so thankful that through Sermonaudio I can listen to sound biblical preaching by faithful men such as Pastor Waite, and many others. This site is truly a blessing.

Sermon:
Interview With David Cloud
D. A. Waite, Th.D., Ph.D.

“ Great Sermon! ”
I enjoyed this interview with David Cloud. When my dear fundamental Baptist preacher retired to serve the Lord in Nursing Homes, I knew I was in for the fight of my life trying to keep the new versions out of my church. Two members used the NKJV. I started researching the new versions, and found that what I felt in my heart and soul was true, they are blasphemous. But they would not listen to me. They called a man who used the NKJV. I tried to stay, but when I pointed out that the version he used had a satanic symbol on it, he replied, "To me it is just a symbol." The last straw came when he used the Sunday School hour to point out the superiority of his NKJV to the KING JAMES BIBLE. I left that morning. There are no KJV only churches in my area, so I went to my computer, and found David Cloud's ministry, then your ministry, and Pastor Slattery out of Florida. It is a real blessing to attend church with you on Sunday Morning. I have been called unspiritual because I attend church on my computer fosaking the fellowship of like believers. But there are NO like believers in my area. I would rather obey God's word and separate from the false teachers, and endure the critisim of so-called Christians than attend an apostate church. I thank God for your ministry. God Bless you.

“ Good Discussion! ”
Hyper-Calvinism to me is a mind-set which will not offer the gospel freely, what you described is ordinary Calvinism. 'The world' in John 3:16 I take as all types of people. You rightly said this verse does not mean everyone is saved, you say it is only people who choose God who are saved, I say it is only people who God chooses.

Hello everyone at Bible For Today Baptist Church! I'd just like to say how much of a blessing your live services have been; your sunday ones and also the thursday night Bible study. The teaching is excellent, I've learnt so much in just a few weeks, and I also enjoy listening to all the lovely hymns you sing. God bless you all and everyone in your church. I'm a few thousand miles away so can't attend, but if I could then I would!
