Great Sermon! What a wonderful climax, Bro. Greg, to this three part message. I've adopted your prayer of Lord, make me more homesick for heaven. I have no clue of what the intermediate body looks like but I rest in Him on that. Bro. Acorn's books have blessed me in seeing that even the wonders conveyed by his gift of creative imagination are but a shadow of the reality (even the Blue Ridge Mtn countryside!). Eye has not seen nor ear heard nor has it entered into the mind ir imagination what God has prepared for those that love Him. I do know that tents are fun for a short duration on camping trips and vacations ext., but I look forward to a home built by His unseen "carpenter" hands. Tents wear out, grow threadbare and not as reliable to handle the elements of this earth's natural erosions, the zippers get rusty and don't move as smoothly as at one time when it was new, the screen gets worn blocking its once clearer vision. Once I was young and now I am old (seems in a flash), but Christ remains as our Eternal Youth. All glory to God in the highest in Christ Jesus. Bless you Bro. Greg and Bro. Custer.
Great Sermon! The Risen Christ. My only hope. I am a bit stunned to learn that their are today believers who reject the truth of a bodily resurrection. I love these messages of joyful encouragement to endurance. Thank you Bro., but gotta go on to part 3.
Great Sermon with Great Examples! Fantastic message about spiritual gifts with a number of great analogies ... putting some of these principles into better practice in local churches around the world would revitalise our ministry!
Great Sermon! Thanks for this great sermon. I've suffered from depression off and on for many years.I know now what the root cause is.
If anyone out there is suffering from depression or has a relative or friend that suffers from depression. I urge you to listen to this sermon. Everyone should listen to this sermon.
A most edyinging sermon Thank you and praise God for a most edifying exposition of Psalm 37. The divine promises of God are clearly brought out and we are instructed to rest our faith on the sure promises of God.
Great Sermon! I really loved your Sermon, truly wonderful, I needed to learn this from James 1-4 very inspiring., Thank You God Bless you. Wonderful App. It is my personal Bible Study. So glad to have this as part of my new Life in Christ our Lord Amen. Thank you,.., Victor.
Faithful preaching Thank God for faithful preaching of God's Word. The preaching is well paced to allow for God's Word to sink in. Chapter 14 of Revelation is well titled The Remnant and the Harvest to remember the content of the chapter. Thank God too for the blessing of clear application of verse 13.
Great Sermon! Hey I desided to look for a sermon about the woman at the well because I read the book YOUR CAPTIVATING HEART a while back and it had a qoute to go along with that story that says Jesus doesnt judge on our external apperance but our hearts and it ment a lot to see our Lord seek this woman who is known as a whore to heal her heart! I was strighling with my relationship with our Lord I was letting all those from my church lead my life and not God and I needed to hear this sermon so I could get encouragement to change and go back to being the woman God created me to be which is friendly im no longer afraid to speak truth to "outsiders" I was afraid to talk to men about Jesus because I thought I wasnt guarding my heart if I did. Praise God He showed me the truth and im no longer ashamed to share my faith with whoever God leads me to:) thank you for this sermon our Lord used this for good! Im so encouraged thank you I love our Lord:)
Great Sermon! Hey I go to the rock church in slc UT and went threw a sermon on gossip and slander and found I struggle in the area of gossip and wanted to confront it but needed God to give me courage in handeling conflict so I got on aermonaudio.com and searched conflict and have listended to your sermon about 3 times now and read most of James 4 you mentioned in my spare time and have gotten very encouraged yay PRAISR GOD:) I loved you said conflict is deeper than a communication issue because before I accepted Christ and started reading His word I believed I was just a horrible communicator! God sure does put things in perspective and its encouraging I have His word to find truth especially on this topic! Thank you for explaning those verses in a way I can apply to my life and be a light for our Lord:) could you please e-mail notes on this sermon? Im a visual learner so it helps to also see what im listening too also I found it interesting the word you used for doing things for our own pleasure I forgot it im gonna have to listen to this again ha ha! Thanks have a blessed day:)
This Sermon Should Be Published! The sermon was truly a blessing. It was faithful to the text, and very well-organized and down-to-earth in its presentation. Dr. Mazak should have this sermon transcribed, and publish it for any Church Sunday School, Bible Study group, etc. It's a must listen to sermon!
Our Christ has failed us? With 50% of Christian spouses throwing each other under the bus, and 20% who want to but can't afford it, haven't we all but killed the institution of holy matrimony? What is our message to the lost and dying world?: (A.) Our marriages are no better than yours. (B.) Our families are destroyed just like yours. (C.) Our Christ has failed us. Christ have mercy upon us. Crisp message. Much to consider.
Great Sermon! I thoroughly enjoy all of Dr. Custer's
sermons, especially the ones on spiritual warfare, ie The Walk as Warefare, the war of the ages, ect., ect., most of your sermons literally bring tears to my eyes, I cry so much when i listen to you and your sermons.. i love them all. and wish i was there in person, please pray for me, i need your prayers, and i pray for you as well so God will always have you as his instrument for ever.....
Christ-Exalting Sermon! It thrills my soul to hear the gospel preached so passionately and applied to the life so specifically! May God continue to use this message to encourage many to persevere in the gospel faith and help others do the same.
