America's Present Judgment

“ Frightening but true! ”
Excellent sermon! I wish this would be preached from every pulpit in the nation. I completely agree that we are already under God's judgment and that it will only get worse unless we repent. It is certainly true that false preachers are everywhere. A relative of mine goes to a church where the pastor is enthralled with New Age beliefs. He preaches that there is no such thing as hell and other lies from Satan. May God have mercy on us and replace all the liars in pulpits with men who will preach the truth from His word. And may He send His Spirit to make people believe the truth.

A much needed voice from the Christian church to decry the wickedness in our nation. A voice crying in the wilderness so to speak! Thank GOD for this mesage!

“ Excellent Eyeopener! ”
I’ve listened, learned, and am grateful for your outspoken brave stance on the truth! I have often wondered how many pastors I’ve sat under for a lifetime were true to Christ our Lord, including my grandfather who was a pastor Evangelist and a 33rd degree mason. The pastor I grew up under as a child was a 33rd degree mason, when my brother first came into the ministry, our pastor tried to convince my brother of the benefits in becoming a mason, my brother turned down those so-called benefits. There was a very well known pastor from Dallas Texas also an Evangelist, a 33rd degree mason. All these men were Baptist! Go figure? I know God ultimately has the last word on where we will spend eternity, but it makes me wonder. I thank God for your message, please continue to contend for the faith!

Greatly appreciate your candor and no holds barred commentary on the “the devils diocese”, Our prayer is that rc will get their head out of the sand and exit that satanic brothel in droves. Any rc who continues to attend that institution is complicit with pedophile rapists.

“ Excellent! ”
If you have suffered for righteousness sake you'll get this! If you are comfortable with casual christianity you can't appreciate it! Thank you Curtis for speaking the truth in love. This is the best message I have heard on this subject. Even now as I write, I am short of breath as I am pondering what I have just heard. I am encouraged! I am comforted!

“ Wow! This was powerful! ”
I’m finding myself more and more lonely, longing to find kindred spirits in my Christian walk. This message was wonderfully encouraging to me, and I would guess that there are not a lot of fun and games, fluff and entertainment at this church. It is a place I’d love to attend if I lived in this area (Kansas). I hope this congregation appreciates their pastor! Not many preach like this. The other sermons I’ve heard by him have also been excellent! God bless you Pastor Knapp!

“ Extremely urgent message!! ”
This is an excellent message, and I would love to hear more of this kind of preaching in all of our churches. My church DOES NOT preach strongly like this, i. e. : no true repentance, conviction, change. We need more prayer meetings, more obeying Scripture, more cleaning up our lives. We need anguish over our sins, both personal and national. Let’s get right with God!

“ Without Walls ! ”
... them all in disciplined order. A fool lets his spirit control his actions. He does not resist impulses from his spirit; he lets his spirit direct him; he forfeits the fight for character and godliness. He cannot do what he should; he cannot stop doing what he should not. Such men are often angry, generally foolish, often depressed, or always procrastinating, among other faults and sins. They never grow up, for they are controlled by childish passions of a depraved heart. In Solomon’s time, a city depended on strong fortifications and gates, with great walls surrounding it, to repel incursions by ravaging bands of guerillas or foreign armies. If the bulwarks, gates, or towers were broken down and the walls taken away, a city was totally exposed to the incursions of any enemy that wished to plunder, pillage, or conquer it. If a city did not invest sufficiently in these means of protection, it could easily be captured. A man without rule of his spirit is exposed and vulnerable like a defenseless city. His spirit is ready to sin with very little provocation, and he cannot marshal its power for any real good. He is helplessly, hopelessly, perpetually at the mercy of his enemies – foolishness, lust, and sin–which show no quarter, but regularly ravage his life. But the man

“ A City Without Walls ”
Your success depends on ruling your spirit. Great men rule their spirits. They resist temptations to react or overreact. They restrain their emotions and manage them for good. They stay in control of their feelings and passions to manage their responses to events. How safe are you from trouble? If you do not rule your spirit, you are vulnerable to say or do things that could cost you dearly. You may already be damaged by such actions. It is your wisdom to learn how to control and manage your feelings to only do what is right. Your spirit is your inner self, which controls your actions. When you do not rule your spirit, you are exposed and vulnerable to all sorts of folly and trouble. Like a defenseless city without walls in former times of marauding armies, so is the man who does not rule his own spirit and diligently keep it in the way of virtue, truth, and wisdom. Your spirit includes your affections, appetites, and passions. A wise and noble man rules his spirit by his conscience and mind. He locks it down with chains of self-denial to keep ambition, anger, lust, pride, or revenge from breaking forth. He guides it by a mental commitment to hold fast honor, humility, righteousness, and virtue. He rules his thoughts, his desires, his inclinations, his resentments, and ke
