Great foe. Good introduction in this subject. It is good the warning about the New Age. I think that the appearances of Mary in Catholicism and "her" messages have the same origins. Maybe some examples of messages from UFO beings should be helpful.
Important Lecture The Christian canon needs to be defended as the attacks mount against it. Learn to make a stand by listening to this fine lecture.
Great Sermon! Love to listen to Pastor Fernandes, am studying Revelations and he make it so tangible and I am in serminary study and it has been so useful!!!!
Outstanding Series I can't wait to listen to the other talks in this series. Dr. Fernandez does a great job. The historical evidence of church and Jesus Christ that he provides is really in depth and interesting. I drive a hardware supplies truck in So. Cal., so I will be able to listen to the other talks while I make delivery as soon as I make Mp3 copies.
Great Sermon! This sermon helped me understand what the Trinity is, with Bible verses that show how God is a Trinity God. If you aren’t exactly sure what the Trinity is, or how to explain it using your Bible, this sermon is a must to listen to. Dr Fernandes explains the doctrine of Trinity so that it is easy to understand. I played this mp3 to a small group of friends, and they enjoyed listening to it too. Thank you so much!
Phil was good and gracious ! I enjoy listening to people debating with *the infidel guy*,and Dr.Fernandes is arguably the best i have heard.
He spoke the truth in love, handled every question with clarity and knew what he was on about, and had the decency to state that he didnt have all the answers.(and i agree with him when he genuinely stated that his heart really is torn apart to think that reggie could spend eternity seperated from God .)
Thankyou for placing this on semonaudio.
May the Lord bless you Dr.Fernandes in your ministry to the glory of His name.
Great Sermon! Clear message. I have always taught on post-tribulation as it is the clear and direct teaching of the Bible. Pre-trib is recent and is not the result of Biblical exegesis. Hope more will study the Bible and see the truth for themselves. Good job!
Good, objective lecture. I like the fact that the speaker begins stressing that the book is a novel, not a theological or historical treatise. As a novel, a fiction product, the writer has the right to invent, to modify symbols, myths or historical facts, as long as he recognizes that it is a novel. Yes, novels can be used for good purposes or for bad. After that, Phil Fernandez presents the theological and historical errors of the book. An interesting, balanced presentation.
Great Sermon! i agree with you Pastor Phil. i've been studying this for several years. this is actually the only conclusion. tv preachers like van impe always leave out "at the last trump" in 1 corinthians 15. they purposely gloss over important details. of course he thinks the catholic church are brothers in the faith, even though their doctrines don't line up with the word of God. Keep preaching the truth. God bless you
Good information. Some good information about the life and theology of Origen. I do not agree with Phil Fernandez when he negates the eternal generation of the Son.
Interesting Topic To date, this is unlike anything I've heard on Sermon Audio. The mix of Bible prophecy and political history with current trends was both enlightening, yet forboding. The speaker Fernandez showed a lot of courage for even taking on this kind of subject matter. The quotes helped to drive his points home. I hope the church is paying attention.
overdue my name is bruce walker. i pastor a small church in greenville sc. this note is a general comment concerning the many sermons i have listened to on dr fernandes sermon audio page. having gradurated from a decidedly dispensational seminary [the masters sem, 97], i have grown to love the quiet and thourough content of these messages! from the early days of my own conversion, i have doubted the popular notion of the pre trib position. it is comforting to listen to the arguments of an obviously humble [and scriptural] pastor. i have been meaning to post this comment and should have done so long before now [i ve been listnening for months!] this is to let you know that there are those out here who agree with you and love you very much in the lord. i like you, hope the 'pre tribers' are right, yet i fear that they are not.
warmest regards

Great Sermon! I think that Dr. Phil does a decent introduction into this topic. I wish he had of drawn the connection between the biblical teaching concerning the Nephilim and the present agenda of the supposed 'space brothers.
That being said Dr. Fernandez comes across as a sound biblical teacher. Two thumbs up!
Great Presentation! I'd rate it as a good overall summary presentation of the Christian perspective on the UFO phenomenon. It was fairly well organized as an hour long introduction on the UFO topic, so it wasn't too in depth, but it wasn't over-simplified either. This is good for laymen who will need a Biblical compass to guide them through the maze of Ufology so as not to go to either extremes of accepting an overly secular-influenced skeptical position or a New Age-influenced gullible position.
Great Sermon! Fernandes makes much more sense than Lowder. Lowder has such limits and sowerful goals, that it is quite depressive a stance. Lowder even admits to only inductive reasoning, while Fernandes uses both inductive and deductive reasoning. Also, Fernandes uses solid Bible statements, while Lowder can only look to accusations from his mainly personal perspective. Fernandes also answers objections more fully and with scholarly support.
In reality, the fool says in his heart, 'There is no God.'
Great Sermon! Fernandez team does a good job of debating. The other team did a respectable job, though the truth just came through with a relatively "young earth" perspective and a straight forward view of Genesis 1-11, and other Bible passages, along with the presentation of Hebrew grammar and historical meaning of the text.
Great Sermon! Any practicing homosexual or anyone struggling with this issue should listen to this. Dr. Phil was so Scriptual, so common sensical, and loving re: this extremely sinful practice. How anyone can contradict him in any way, plainly shows much ignorance of the Bible, much ignorance of human anatomy, and is sad to say, blinded by Satan. Let's call a spade a spade. Listen for yourself !!!! I wish this message could be heard worldwide for the benefit of those caught in this sin/struggle and for the rest of humanity. Yes, indeed, God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve!!!!
Great Lecture! These lectures on the Gospel of John are quite gripping. The speaker provides excellent commentary and scholarly analysis. Fernandes is an interesting and animated teacher. (I'd really like to meet you someday.) -Jay
