“ Tremendously blessed thank God. ”
Mark you delivered this address from Bob Jones University I am nor sure when but I was listening to the recording this morning (25-5-2019 very early as I am in the process of helpinga small church reformul;ate its foundation after many splits and troubles with leadership etc. I am not the pastor but have been a missionar Evangelist and pastor over fifty years now in so called retrement. However I have been requested to help this now very small church but all eager to live according to the Scriptures and be part of a church which is absolutely grounded in Scripture. Your address thrille me as I have a heart for the Church as you surely have and all you said concerning the Word of God and the Church I resonated with 100% I want to thank you for it and ask your permission to use some or all the material you used on that occasion which I know the people of Sturminster need to hear. I had already given my first address pointing out the very four elements you referred to as essential to the Church life and had attention for forty five minutes I had not intended to speak for that long but there was no murmur of disapproval. So is there possibly a transcript of that address I may have? I am also looking for books you may have written on Amazon . Thanks Jim Allis

“ So blessed to hear such and awesome message ”
I am from Mexico living in California since 1997. I came here trying to leave my old life but sadly I found out I couldn’t leave myself. On 2001 i had a suicidal episode almost ended my life. I accept Jesus in 2012 sunset then I have been searching the meaning of my life... I am zealous for the word of God and I have been improving little by little last Julia I admitted myself to a mentar clinic and there were question if God will heal me in this heart I know there is a better life after this one I am not looking forward to come there sooner than i am supposed to. Thanks for this message I am a child of God. And my reason to be lies in praise Him alone!!!

“ Timely Sermon! ”
Is this EARTHQUAKE coupled with a SUNAMI God's severe mercy to bring this entire nation to repentance in faith toward Jesus Christ? It was only a few years ago that the Imam's forbade their people to go to a newly build Christian hospital that had the most current technology. Psalm 67 is a prayer for Indonesians. Certainly remember the brethren there. Pray that there's a continual and effectual body of God's co-laborers there to bring the Gospel to this nation. May God cause ourselves to seek to please him in all our ways. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. Tearfully pray. Make we pour out our hearts for them and other nations. May God grant his people repentance and spare us.

Preaching should not come from what is on the pastor's heart. God's word is to be preached. Thus saith the Lord is what we need to hear.

Nor am I ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. I will not be silenced!

Excellent sermon!! Unfortunately, the church, by and large, is no longer contending for the faith. There is also very little discernment. Keep preaching the word, brother!! May God bless you!!

“ I disagree ”
Your statement "Inordinate desires come out of our sin nature, but their presence does not automatically mean we have committed sin” [23:30]is scripturally incorrect. The Word of God clearly states: "The thought of foolishness is sin..." Surely "inordinate desires" are sinful desires? Are you really saying that desires are neutral? The Bible teaches that sin does NOT consist merely in acted-out desires, but in the desires themselves. Christ spoke of sin as the fruit of a corrupt tree. Jeremiah said that "the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked". In the Fall of man, Eve did not only sin in taking the forbidden fruit, but in desiring that which God had forbidden. She saw that it was "a tree TO BE DESIRED to make one wise..." How can you condemn the behavior but not the desire? Disappointing...

Conducting or Contributing to a Prayer...

“ Great Sermon! ”
A great message brother, it is getting into the presence of God unto the very throne of grace itself. The pure delight of a single hour that before thy throne I spend when I kneel in prayer and with thee my God I commune as friend with friend. Those Israelites outside the tabernacle looking in wondered at the priest within offering up prayers to God for them, just as I wonder that Christ would offer up prayers for me. Luke 22 vs 61,62
