“ Enjoyed the Sermon ”
Good sermon on contempory church life. Loved the description about the service centered around the Beatles. This message just was interested, and the Pastor's voice and tone and very easy to listen to.

“ This message can't be preached enough!! ”
I spent so many years in a Presbyterian environment, where they are obsessed with putting the square peg in the round hole. They continue to attempt to try to show that infant baptism is equivalent to 8th-Day Jewish Circumcision of male babies, entirely leaving females out of the loop. They are "stuck" on Replacement Theology, just like their Roman Catholic forebears, and don't yet realize, even to this day, that the New Covenant and related Baptism of Believers is a whole NEW teaching, rather than a revision of an old ritual!!!! With each delivery of this message, I pray for eyes that see and ears that hear!!! AMEN!!!

“ Deep insight ”
If you want to get a joyful, deep meaning to what a child of God should be thinking and doing, this is a valuable sermon. Some great views about Isaish's preaching and insight about our future.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Brother Douglas, Your message on the Baptisms John spoke of and your use of the old testament scriptures to provide sound teaching of the new testament is how God intends for His children to know Him and why He sent His Son to this earth for us. I believe this also gives us understanding to Malachi 4. This should also edify those who are following man in their walk with Jesus Christ instead of studying the scripture and allowing the Holy Ghost to guide them in that walk. I would like to hear your study of the Baptism with fire which is also back up in the old testament and not taught or preached on these days. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Jim

“ Very, very important sermon! ”
If you have ever heard a professing Christian use the line "we are not under the law but under grace" to justify their living in sin, you need to listen to this message. Having been raised a "pentecostal" and having been gloriously delivered from this movement, this particular sermon answered a great many questions for me.

“ Great Sermon Title! ”
I created a song to reflect my theology and have called it "SuperHyperCalvinistAtrociousExposition" to be sung to the tune of that song in Mary Poppins. Looks like there's a little talent (and humour) on both sides of the camp!

“ Well said Pastor Doug ”
Your sermon is well done and an important message for all who love the truth of the Doctrines of Grace and a full Reformed world-view. BTW -- the answer is antidisestablishmentarianism

“ Important Text! ”
"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven". (Matthew 5:17-20)

“ Great Sermon! ”
This sermon is really needed in todays churches. No one preaches the wrath of god or punishment. we do worship a holy and just God, we cannot compromise with the world. Thanks!!!

“ Great Sermon! ”
Mr. Van Dorn makes the point that the church is running itself too much like a business and not according to the guidelines laid out in God's Word. This sermon doesn't contain too many specific examples; its focus instead is on presenting the general problem.

“ Outstanding! ”
What a great way to present a text. Van Dorn has masterfully woven the text itself into the storyline itself so that the characters develop the understanding and application of the theme of God's Word. We should have more of this kind of preaching!

Pastor Van Dorn's message was very convicting. I learned a lot from his teaching of Isaiah 7. I wish I lived closer to his church so I could attend.

“ A wake up call to repentance! ”
When i first saw this sermon title, i thought perhaps it was to do with Islamic terrorism. No, it is do to with the Terror of the Lord, and is a powerful sermon to not so much a wake up call to repentance for the unsaved, but a wake up call to to those whom profess to be Christians.I agree with Andrew, few will want to listen to needful sermons like this, but thank the Lord that there are some like Brother Van Dorn ,whom are not ashamed to preach all the counsil of God. Thankyou brother, may your ministry be used by the Lord as a wake up call to repentance, in the hearts of thoe of us whom are saved by grace.

“ A Very Necessary Call ”
This message is one that should be heard by many of those who attend churches in declension. Unfortunately those who like having their ears tickled will probably ignore it - I pray that they don't. Trust in the Lord and step out in the service of the Lord. If one is afraid to serve on the frontline, then I would suggest that the fear of man is stronger in that person's heart than the fear of the Lord. In the service of our Lord, Christ Jesus.
