I do so appreciate that about you. Another thanks for explaining the difference between translation of the Word and interpreting the Word.

“ Great Sermon! ” Wow...whatta series this was...I believed the GAP THEORY to be true..mostly becasue it explained the dinosaurs..and the fact that there is no record of them living with man...or any record of how or who really built the Pyramids..
But you have shown me its not true...and I guess some things are going to remain a mystery until we are in Heaven..where God told us we would understand things we did not understand here..

“ Great Sermon! ” If only Christian study more of theology and History. We need more of these kind of preaching. Darby and his followers has done great harm to the Church of Christ today.
“ GOD's WORD ” By the way, Pastor Gallagher, I appreciate how in all your sermons that I've heard, you see the Scriptures as the Word of GOD and what has the "say-so" about everything. Thanks for being that kind of pastor.
“ Great Sermon! ” The way Pastor Gallagher dealt with Gen 1:2, how the word is "was" and not "became" was great. A person would have to be a mule head, with fingers stuck in their ears, to stick with the word "became" after hearing this message. Think I'm being harsh? Just listen with no fingers--or anything else--in your ears.
“ Great Sermon! ” I listened to this because of lottie's cleverly-worded comment which I understand and can relate to. Now. I have to go backwards and listen to 1-3. This was great.
“ There you go again :) ” With you I do have to wait awhile before I can say, "Preach it, Pastor!" When I first start listening to a sermon of yours I ask, "Okay, where's he going with this?" And you make me hang on to see where you're going. And then I see and say, "Preach it, Pastor!"
P.S. - It's been about a month since I found your teachings. I don't remember how I found your "Gap Theory" series. Those were the first sermons of yours that I heard.
“ Interesting... ” When I was a teenager (never mind how long ago) I was handed an "end-time" box. Inside were compartments with pieces that fit nicely in each compartment. Over the years I've only lost one piece: the pre-trib rapture. "But now, you've gone and knock me box out of me 'ands. What's a body to do?" More pieces are missing, some compartments are gone. I'm listening...
“ HEALING, INSPIRING, FREEING! ” Thank you so much, Pastor Gallagher! This was so healing to my heavy heart. I live with the consequences of my past life of sin. God has forgiven my sins as far as the east is from the west, but there are consequences that remain. God is restoring what the locust has taken away (even though I brought all this on myself). God truly restores the joy of our salvation, in His perfect time, in His perfect way, as we trust completely in Him.

"Great apostasy before the second coming where Jesus Christ is minimized in theology and role of Mystery Babylon is maximized in eschatology." 2. "It is not the role of the Holy Spirit to (let) restrain evil in the world. It is the role of civil GOVERNMENT to restrain evil (Romans 13) by punishing the guilty and protecting the innocent."
