Great Sermon! Pastor Gary. This is a great sermon, we clung to every word. A great challenge to see whether we have the true gospel of God, the gospel which Paul preached. Have placed it in Facebook for others to hear and will also send it out to individuals. Thank you for you faithfully preaching this sermon. In Jesus name.
Great Sermon! This sermon is a great blessing! Thank you Pastor Gary for preaching it! Have posted it to Facebook, so trust many more will hear it.
Awesome message of our Great King Jesus Christ Love this message. It glorifies the message and work of our great God and saviour Jesus Christ. To God alone be all the glory. Thank you Pastor Shepard for preaching truth.
Great Sermon! Thank you so much, Pastor Gary, for your faithfulness in proclaiming these precious truths on sowing the precious seed of the Word of God. Anointed preaching indeed! It has so encouraged me to keep sowing, even when my personal circumstances are so difficult. The Lord gave me tracts to write some years ago, when I complained that I seldom have sufficient breath or voice to speak to someone. My husband distributes these tracts and when I am well enough to get out but rarely, just over to the local shops, I can leave the tracts around, which is my delight. The Lord knows who He has planned to save. All glory to the Lord.
Great Sermon! Great message. Great reminder, 'he hates those that sow discord among the brethren', indeed. And yet, we see that on this
'Christian' forum daily.
We hear much of the God of love, but little on the God that hates, the God that kills, the God that judges.
Thank you for pointing out that God does not love every person ever born. There is so much error in professing Christianity, yet, error is not challenged. It's easier to embrace error for the sake of unity - compromise is more acceptable. Sad to say, that very thing is what's wrong with most who profess Christ.
It's refreshing to hear a man who fears God and trembles at His word rightly divide His word and speak the truth, regardless of how unpopular it may be.
Great Sermon! Brother,
I'm not one that uses the term "Brother or Sister" freely.im thankful that the Lord has caused me to know you as a Brother! And I thank God for the comfort He sends His people thru Gary Shephard my Brother.
Great Sermon! Excellent. The same things have comforted me greatly in my times of great trial: the Psalms, the doctrine of the Sovereignty of God & the knowledge that God still does the impossible. Pray and wait for Him.
Great Sermon! this was a blessing to hear - preaching that rightly divides is preaching that is Spirit empowered. Those who attempt to earn their salvation will never have it. Praise the Lord HE has done it all for His elect.
Great Sermon! Sound teaching from Pastor Gary Shepard on our sins and Christ's Light given to His people, so that we know that it is only the blood of Christ shed for sinners which gives us a clean slate. We walk in the Light because He is in the Light. Glory to God.
rightly expounding This kind of preaching is rare, and doesn't tickle the ear nor please man's tainted will. Nevertheless, the truth MUST be preached, however unpopular it is. God's blessings to you for being faithful to His word.
Great Sermon! I read the pdf on this sermon, it is a most excellent teaching on the nature of the believer. Thank you for rightly expounding His truth, to God be the glory.
May the Lord continue to bless your ministry and faithfulness to His word
Great Sermon! Amen and Amen! Finally, someone who rightly expounds and exposes this make-believe holiday as the 'birth of Christ'.
How sad that so many 'Christians' defend their involvement in this. Unregenerate sinners are not any more 'open to the Gospel' this time of year than any other. God MUST open the ear, and that doesn't depend on what time of year it is! I am grateful that I don't get celebrate this, nor do I defend it anymore. Praise the Lord
Great preaching, to God be the glory
Broad is the way indeed This message brings to focus any reason for the remembrance of Christ after his departure to glory, according to revealed truth in the Word. On the night he was betrayed the authorative words of the God/man were " *This* do in remembrance of me", as a fulfillment of the Passover memorial. He did not say ' do the other' in remembrance of my birthday. The memorial he established was intended for the proclamation of his death as a ramsom for many. His birthday could never fulfill the requirements of the redemption for sin, as it stands as a bloodless circumstance. How far the church has deviated from the spirit of divine revelation, wandering in the paths of the spirit of the age to justify the unprecedented in scriptural revelation, but rather imitating the heathen and the idolatrous, far from what constitutes the core of Protestant belief: sola Scriptura.
Great Sermon! Agree! Christmas is a pagan event. But go ahead and and enjoy your liberty in Christ and spend time with family, exchange gifts etc - being careful not to engage in spiritual fornication with the unbelieving world. We don’t need a special day to remember our Lord’s birth. His birth, life, death, and resurrection is a daily celebration for His regenerate elect people.
