“ Great Sermon! ” This is a convicting sermon; one that could be heard again and again. The saddest thing about it though is that Leonard Ravenhill preached in America for 40 years and did not see revival. Why? Because most people approach church and sermons as if they are television: entertainment. Of all the congregations he preached to, of all the people and ministers who have downloaded his sermons, he could not find one group of people, like in the Isle of Lewis, who were so convicted, that they said, "We will pray and keep praying until we see revival." I mean, we're good for an hour, maybe even a few weeks, but the time of travail necessary to see revival? No. I have been trying for years and have not been able to find a group of committed Christians willing to pray for revival until it happens , despite approaching several churches and ministers. They can't make time to pray, because they're too busy.
“ What a Blessing and a Joy ” I can't thank you enough for making this recording of R. A. Torrey available for our edification and pleasure. I've always assigned a voice to Torrey as I've read his works, and I'm thrilled to discover that his delivery is as full of enthusiasm and conviction as I had envisaged. To actually HEAR the power and might of the Holy Spirit speaking through this anointed gentleman has brought me great joy. I'll return to my reading with fresh eyes and ears as his teaching continues to nourish my mind and spirit.

“ Great Sermon! ” Praise God!!! I know we have preachers who are very passionate on the true word of God and love to get it out-still. Raise up more Lord Jesus to be fearful only of God and not man, so the word gets out! Amen!

“ Great Sermon! ” Listen patiently and receive a blessing of understanding. Let it sink in slowly and allow thorough compression of just what is at stake when the Holy Spirit gives you unction to speak out. Don't wait friend.
“ Great Sermon! ” I hardly have words after listening to this now for the third time. So much in it, that my mind can't even form words to describe the conviction and wisdom within. Everyone needs to listen and keep listening because the churches today are all humanistic. I don't think I have even met another Christian who thinks like this. How sad for us all.
“ Good message. ” This message represents a presentation of chapters 36 to 39 from Isaiah. It touched my heart when the preacher brought to attention the fact that Hezekiah had the wisdom the bring before the Lord the injurious letter from the Assirians, but when he received a flattering letter from the Babilonians, he did not bring that before the Lord, so he acted foolishly. We must bring before the Lord everything we meet with.
