Jesus also has a plan for our lives, no matter how we feel. No matter how we feel that we have messed up, we are not to write ourselves off; God has not. Levi, also called Matthew, got up and left when Jesus called him, that was not something that a tax collector who worked for the Roman government would normally do. Jesus describes Matthews’s friends as being sick. God awakens us for our need of Him. No matter what our problem is, Jesus loves us.
