We must never marvel when we see increasing unbelief in our own time. As we draw closer to the last of the last days iniquity will increasingly abound. The love of many, but thank God, not all will grow cold. Deception will be so powerful that the elect will barely escape and the hearts of many will fail because of fear.
We must not allow any of these things to move us. We have been given the indestructible life of Jesus Christ. God is calling us to be conformed to the image of his Son. Through faith we will conquer the devil and all his plans. God will enable us to stand and complete His purpose through us. This is not the time not to look at the evil of the world but to seek deeper levels of intimacy with God. It was in the "hour and the power of darkness" that the great work of redemption was accomplished.
If we walk by faith we will see God do great things in our generation.
