El Dr. Luis Ramos Cisneros lidera nuestra iglesia, la cual comenzó en diciembre de 1989. El Pastor Ramos fue salvo a los 11 años, posteriormente se graduó en el Hyles Anderson College y fue asistente de pastor en Northwest Bible Baptist en Elgin, Illinois de 1985 a 1988 hasta que llegó a San Luis Potosí con su esposa y sus tres hijos en octubre de 1989. Su esposa, Karen Ramos, fue salva a los 9 años en una escuelita Bíblica de vacaciones y de igual forma estudió en Hyles Anderson College, graduándose en 1983. Ahora dirige estudios bíblicos, enseña la Palabra de Dios y dirige la Conferencia Anual de Mujeres de nuestra iglesia.
