I see many that profess the Lord Jesus Christ, yet stagger blindly like drunken men, or women, with regard to simple understanding of what it means to be a Christian. I see lots of mouth, but no legs, feet, arms, or brain. I see folks getting ready to celebrate a "holy week" which occurred during the Passover, yet Passover doesn't take place until next month. The point I'm trying to make, is that if you can't even get the celebrations right, what else is wrong with your "faith"?
Some lessons are hard. They need to be taught. This is what it means to "love one another as the Lord Jesus Christ loves us". The Lord Jesus would not permit His children/friends, to stagger blindly into the abyss that plunges down into hell.
John Bunyan goes into the parable of the barren fig tree. It is a good idea that everyone listen to this. After all... what is three hours of your time?
