“ Complex Problem Sermon! ” The human mind is very complex and when its treatment gets mixed in with a person's religious beliefs, the solution is not clear cut - not black or white so to speak. Maybe depression or anxiety is caused by biochemical imbalance and it's necessary to use drugs to bring it into balance. At times it's emotional or traumatic events that trigger the problem. The difficulty is to continue to study the Holy Scriptures and get Christian counseling in the earliest stages which can be difficult. Drugs take between 3-4 weeks to become effective and they can slow down your depending and growing in Jesus Christ -- it's an extremely difficult "balance" to find and I feel sorry for those who suffer for a long period. I was fortunate that it worked out for me.

“ one last note: don't mean to overcomment, Pastor ” I group all mind-altering drugs-anti-psychotics, anti-anxiety, anti-depressants, etc. into one class: a way to ruin your brain, other organs and give yourself untold misery + disobey God.
Got on hands and knees July 2015: "God I need your help so badly.
Was able to get off anti-psychotics & anti-depressants on my own, but can't break 25 year dependence on anti-anxiety drugs-like a miserable monkey on my back. Could NOT find one doctor in my state to help me. Hellish withdrawals when my doc on vacation & unavailable to renew-not allowed to renew early. You're on your own & ending up at ER. YouTube has tons of these examples. Dr. Scott Johnson of Contending for Truth said medicine isn't supposed to make you sick. Who convicted me on pharmakeia? Local independent Baptists outside of local Planned Parenthood I stood outside a few years ago when purse was open & they saw my pill bottles... Had ears to hear.

“ To the Christian on anti-psychotic drugs... ” Having come off many myself + my own self-tapering off anti-depressants, contact Point of Return online. While it's a mix of Christian & secular, all want safely off anti-depressants & anti-anxiety drugs. My husband & I flew across the country this summer to find a rare doctor (doc suffered withdrawals himself & wants to help others) who would safely guide me off Ativan. I tried to get off myself, but the tapering has to be so minute (2.5% a week) or anxiety, misery & agitation. If you're on a benzodiazepine (lorazepam, clonazepam, Xanax, etc.), BRUTAL to try to withdraw from & cold turkey can cause grand mal seizures, misery, even death + nearly impossible to get off of. Doctors prescribe like candy-at your peril. Understand the Bible on sorcery & pharmakeia. As a doctor is sipping his margarita on luxury vacation in Barbados (paid by big pharma), patients end up in ER (me twice-cold turkey withdrawals) because doc wasn't available to renew prescription. I pray daily for His help in my tapering. These are harder to get off than heroin & short term rehabs won't help with benzos as they can take 8
months to safely taper off. We are fearfully & wonderfully made & He never intended us to be on these toxins.

“ Great Sermon! ” This crazy Christian was forced into two psychological evaluations at the cost of over $17K. The corrupt and evil liberal GAL extorted over $25, not counting the tens of thousands of dollars to useless lawyers. The more they drag it out, the more money they make. This hell has been my life for seven years with no end in sight. They have used the results of completely biased pseudo-science tests against me to say I am toxic and brainwashing my children. These tests are written by Godless liberals to target those of faith. After being a devoted stay at home mother and catechist for over 8 years, I lost all of my parental rights and custody. They are trying to force me onto drugs and my few hours of visitation a week is conditional on forced therapy which is further used against me. It's a viscous cycle you can't break free from. They want you dead or broke. This is what is happening in the 'Family' courts today. Parent's have no Constitutional rights. There is no justice. You get just what you can pay for and good parents get shut out of their children's lives. This is what is happening in the so-called "Live Free or Die" state of New Hampshire.

“ Great Sermon! ” I'm one of those crazy Christians who weeps in despair at those Planned Parenthood videos. Going on for years. The whistleblower talking about having to scissor through the face (#7) of a freshly aborted baby, who was likely still alive, to harvest his brain for profit, has emboldened me to serve the Lord as never before.
Over 500+ protesters in our city (12 in the Buckeye state) at the National Day of Protest against Planned Parenthood at the killing center 8/22/15 with a near media black-out--a metropolitan area of over one million. The church is in a coma. My husband's impassioned plea on the Vineyard church Facebook page this past week & the week before, to join us, met with not a single response.
Those offended yesterday by the massive display, cursed us in front of little ones. But plenty honks of approval-many from the African-American community. I too am on Sanger's hit list, from poor Yugoslavian immigrant stock ("Slavs" included). My husband pleaded with the pastor early before the sermon last week to mention this protest to the congregation & the Vineyard pastor said: "I'll pray for you." Nothing...
I need to be part of a boots-on-the-ground, non 501c3 church (not beholden to the government) KJV Bible church with BOLD preaching & unafraid of truth.
