David began and concluded the psalm speaking of the holy name of God, Jehovah, THE LORD. In the first three verses he spoke of Him in the third person, "He". In the last three verses He moved to the second person, "thou" or you. The psalm became more personal. It is altogether lovely. We are justified to say it is without peer. Its riches may be meditated upon again and again. He began in the pasture for a rest and moved into the Lord's house, forever.
