It also relieves us of the great burden of living for ourselves and blowing our own trumpet because as His treasured possession we now live to declare the immeasurable value of all that is excellent about our great God.
If we know who we are in the light of all that God in His great mercy has been and done for us in His Son then we will not be at home in the world as it is – but we will know it as the arena of our battle and the place where we can do much good for His glory.
