Freting is rolling a thought over & over in your mind and this is often the habit of most people. Someone does some sort of evil to us and it finds a home in our heads and slowly eats away at our peace and joy. Psalms 37 shows us how to not fret over evil doers.
Be Still My Soul Psalm 37. Even though there were 13 comments, I just had to make it 14. So appropriate for this time we live in. Great sermon!

Great Sermon! Good message. Appreciate the practical, homespun advice. Thank you.
Good I like his use of word pictures or analogy such as the analogy of the shingles and rolling them onto the Lord. I think that helps. Plenty of sermons tell you to DO this, this, and that, but then don't tell you HOW. The shingles analogy helps me, and i have never even been a roofer. I also appreciate his references to King David and how he dealt with Saul (i.e "The Lord judge between me and thee.") This is practical preaching that is applicable to every day life.

Stunning in it's simplicity... In the top I have ever heard, anywhere, anytime... Make notes, print it, refer to it constantly, make it part of your life. It is applicable in all areas of your life, and will save you in every situation you will ever have, by simple obedience. The Lord says to test Him... and all we'll do is prove that He is good. These diamonds from His Word are so much the answers we look for. Prove Him with this sermon, and add your prayers for this clear voice to continue to speak, to the very glory of God....

We Need More Sermons Like This! Thank you for reminding us that worry and holding on to grudges, is a sin that can ruin our lives.

Great Sermon! I never heard Jeff Arthur before, but the title of the sermon made me click on it, and I'm so glad I did. What an encouraging, uplifting, practical and helpful sermon this is. I love sermons that teach us how to apply the word of God in very real ways. This sermon helped me so much in learning how and why I need to give the evil done to me to the Lord and not fret about it.
Great Sermon! Thanks for the practical application of the Word of God;i really needed to be reminded that stuff needs to be given to Him more often than i do.
To not sin and to bring Glory to God Almighty by the Holy Spirits guidance and by my actions. Thanks again.

An Instant Peace I could feel the bondage of hate and rage release its hold on me as I listened to this sermon. Although I have not meditated on my notes yet, I know that this "formula" will provide a much-needed healing for me. I wanted to first write and let others know that anger may be the cause for many other maladies such as depression, anxiety, hinderance to prayer, bad habits...and many do not even realize that it is there. I, for one, did not, until recently when it overwhelmed me to the point of not functioning. Thank you Mr. Arthur for saving my day from being yet another celebration for satan.
