In this lesson, we consider the dynamic quality of words. Words often have more than one meaning. That being the case, we should not oversimplify them in order to push our preferred interpretation. Rather, we should study the context to determine which use of the word is employed. We also consider the challenges of translation in light of the semantic range of possibilities when translating a word. And lastly, we consider some of the hermeneutical errors of the charismatic movement.
