Once out of Egypt it would have been a short trip straight to the Promised Land, but God did not lead the children of Israel that way. He lead by way of the wilderness, and it was a long way around, but they had some appointments to keep and some things to learn and obtain before they were ready to take the land. This is the way it is in the life of a Christian, also. We do not get to go by the path of least resistance, or the shortest route.
Thanks for the email Pastor Mike. I will be getting in touch with you.

Thank you! Thank you for the encouraging comments. It has been a blessing to us to hear from you over the past several weeks. I thank the Lord that some of the preaching has been a help and a blessing to you. That is what we pray for and why we put the messages out there. You may contact me directly by email at [email protected], if you like. God bless, and thanks again for listening.
