1. God's declaration to all who believe is that in Christ they have already obtained an inheritance, which means a complete salvation.
2. This message is not for people to decide or do something to make it work or to make it true. It is as God has spoken it. All the elect have in their possession already-an inheritance-a complete righteousness, sanctification, redemption and life.
3. And those who have such an inheritance are they who trust in Christ. And they trust Him according to the WORD OF TRUTH, not according to the word of lies (Free-will theology, I chose, I made Jesus Lord and Savior-sinner's prayer, Law keeping etc.). The WORD OF TRUTH is contrary to the word of lies that conditions salvation on the sinner meeting conditions for them to be qualified so as to be made partakers of God's grace.
4. A false gospel then should not be trusted, because it has nothing of value or weight for the sinner to put their hope in.
5. And to all who were chosen in Christ, God brings the word of truth and are marked by God as His possession by the giving of the Holy Spirit.
6. The Holy Spirit is given to mark ownership by Christ and as a down payment for the complete redemption. God by giving the Holy Spirit to the elect is committing Himself to see them through to what He accomplished and promised them in Christ.
7. Thus, for anyone to say that salvation can be lost is contrary to everything that God means in His purpose and work in Christ. We expounded a lot of things and it is worthy of your time, because it is FREE and is the WORD OF TRUTH.

Great Sermon! This series on Ephesians is so important that it would be wise to listen to each one from the start. Good teaching is so hard to find, so if all you want is "fluff" then find a nice short sermon that will tickle your ears.
