TRUE GOSPEL BROADCAST from 4/27/14 on the Liberty Works Radio Network, on the idolatry of 501c3 status for churches. For this broadcast we inserted our flagship message, “Who Is Lord of YOUR Church,” originally preached in 2010, into the series on AMERICA THE BABYLON, because in answering the call of Rev. 18:4 to, “Come out of her, My people,” we believe one of the ways Christians in America must do this is by mass exodus from the state-run churches.
The churches of America have by their 501c3 contract with the federal government of Washington, DC, literally become federal franchises of commercial Babylon - mouthpieces and informants for the government and emissaries of the STATE, rather than of the Lord Jesus. Further, in doing so they have played into the hands (and in many ways joined hands) with the “great whore that sitteth upon many waters”, “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”
This message carefully and simply explains why a New Testament church CANNOT become a 501c3 tax-exempt corporation without absolute denial of Christ as the church's only head, without surrendering His word the Bible as its sole authority for faith and practice, or without acknowledging the state as a higher authority than God, and in effect declaring, "we have no king but Caesar." It is time for God’s people to repent of this betrayal of the blood of the martyrs through the ages who refused to say Caesar is Lord or to give Caesar jurisdiction over their churches, “saying that there is another king, one Jesus” (Acts 17:7).

Great Sermon! thank you Pastor Adams for posting this important information. As a Christian, I have never paid too much attention to the 501c3 tax status. Now the very first question I ask is about 501c3 tax status. I will not be a part of any church with a 501c3 tax status. Again, thank you and God bless you.

This is shocki.g! I'm coming to grips with this and I'm really very sad. I've always been proud of America...I know of her sin and turning away from God...but never did I think she was Babylon. I hope people see this before it's to late...if it's not already. God bless you for your insight and willingness to warn us.
