Sunday morning we gathered for corporate worship to sing His praises, pray for mercy and strength, give our tithes and offerings, sit under the preached Word, and receive the sacrament of the Lord's supper.
In that morning worship we rejoiced to sit under Psalm 84. One reason I just urged you (strongly) to not go home and ignore the second service is how Psalm 84 reminds us of the blessing of the house of the Lord. Would you love to be a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord? We need the joy of this Psalm as we also partake of the Lord's supper. ---------------------------------------------- Psalm 84 Beauty in the Eyes of These Beholders Theme: To the saints on pilgrimage, God's house is the next best thing to heaven

3. In His house we are reminded that He knows, 8, 9
4. His house is that promise of comfort forever, 10-12
