Deuteronomy 7:1-11; John 15:1-10– God's Glory is the Greatest Good (pt. 2) – Sermon Outline
Intro: How is God's glory seen in His loving His own special, chosen people?
Need: God's love is not cheap or powerless. It is a love that purifies, sanctifies, saves not just from the penalty of sin, but the power of sin, implanting a holy love in the hearts of His people to love Him in return by keeping His commandments. This love is not found in sinners, but given to sinners, to redeem sinners.
Theme: The LORD loves His people by bringing them out of their sin to glorify Himself.
