“ Everyone Needs to Hear This! ” Rev. Armstrong's message here is a true wake-up call for Christians. He masterfully demonstrates in this talk how scripture twisting used in the nineteenth century to promote state enforced abolition has led to similiar hermeneutics applied to correct social issues we see today. It is so important to think scripturally about every issue, and take every thought captive, making them obedient to Christ. What is really eerie, is the same scripture twisting that the radical northern abolitionists used in the nineteenth century to promote the U.S. agenda is being used to promote the gay agenda as well as all kinds of other egalitarian and tyrannical wickedness. And because Christians have failed to understand and apply scripture correctly, state tyranny is the result. And the pietistic response of most Christians to this tyranny is more of the higher criticism that they have learned not only in many churches, but in the state schools as well - in regard to abolitionism. Only God can free men in bondage - to anything or anyone. May God have mercy on us. Thank you so very much to everyone involved in posting these many Southern teaching messages here. We so desperately need them to understand our Christian heritage and fight the battles we face now and will face in the future!
