John has a vision of the Heavenly Throne Room. What an amazing view and vision is given to John as he is invited to "come up here", as the Spirit of God transports him by vision while he is still on Patmos. The view in heaven at the throne room of God is brillant, glorious, and astonishing to behold. God setting upon the throne veiled in the radiant beauty of the Jasper and Sardius stone in all their brillance which depicts the glory of God in Jesus Christ who seems to be personified with the glory of the Father. The Sea of Glass like crystal, and the Emerald hue above and around the throne makes a statement of the eternal God, creator of heaven and earth and all they that dwell therein. The lesser thrones surrounding the Heavenly Throne are represented as the 24 Elders perhaps of the Old Testament and New Testament and they give glory unto God the Father and God the Son. They along with the Angelic Hosts who are saying Holy, Holy, Holy, fall down and worship before the throne casting their crowns before the Throne of God and the Lamb worship Him who sets on the Throne. Praise God Almighty.
