To their surprise, an Angel appeared bringing good news of the Savior's birth, which was followed by a glorious melody presented by the Great Orchestra of heavenly beings. In a nutshell, the Angel's message is all Christmas is about. It's not about the fully booked Inn, or the manger, and the business we unknowingly get caught up in. It's about the message of new life that proceeds from the one who was born in the lowliest place so that He could reach even the highly unlikely, like you and me. Christmas reminds us of the special message of newness that comes with Christ. Christmas is a fulfillment of a promise. The shepherds praised God by telling others about the Good News the angels had told them. We can praise God and show love for Him the same way. The message of Christmas needs to be embraced desperately by all of us who believe in Jesus and spread it like fire to those who are yet to believe in Him, because Christmas is meaningless without the Savior!
