“ Great Sermon! ” the old testament law or the commands of the new testament only bring frustration to us, which is the law of god's purpose. these things which we just cannot do are just the actual things that we come to god for our times of need, Hebrews 4:16 and we find the help is actually Christ himself, he does not give help but is the help himself.
